Silk dress
I bought this really nice silk dress from the store and I gotta tell you, I am super let down. The fabric was not great and definitely not worth the hefty price tag. It didn't even fit properly, way off from what I expected. I won't be shopping from this brand again, that's for sure.

Surpass Shell Pants
I got amazing help and free shipping with my Surpass Shell Pants order. Sadly, they didn't pass the moisture test, but the customer service team quickly sent me a new pair, saving my upcoming Ultra race and my wallet. I've never had better support from any company before, and I'll definitely be buying all my clothes from them going forward.

Address change issue
I ordered some clothes online and then realized I needed to change the shipping address. When I called, they told me it was too late to make the change. Can you believe that? The order hadn't even been processed! And to top it off, I didn't even get a refund! Now I'm out $80! What a rip-off! I've been shopping here forever, but I'm so done with this place now.

Bad ink
These guys are the worst. They sent me ink that was expired over a year ago! It took them way too long to give me a refund, and on top of that, they didn't even refund the full amount. And of course, I had to make the trip all the way to FEDEX to return it. Absolutely terrible experience, just terrible.

Billing services
I just got billing services and it didn't go too well. I was told it would be $80 but when I got the bill, it was actually $10 more. I called customer service and found out a package was added without asking me first. They said they'll fix it and next month the bill will be lower.

I just can't get enough of all the funky and sometimes weird but awesome designs that I find on this cool website, eh? There's just something about them that keeps me coming back for more, you know? I can't see myself ever getting tired of browsing through all the cool stuff they have to offer, eh?
