    Let me tell you, what were they thinking? I used to love shopping at this store as a loyal customer, always having a great experience. But their recent online marketing strategy? It completely turned me off. I mean, guys modeling women's clothes? Come on! I want to see how it looks on me, not some dude! It just doesn't make sense and I can't relate to it at all.     Watch out for sneaky hidden charges, eh? Express tried to slide in an 82-dollar processing fee on my so-called "free shipping" order, ay! Not cool at all, I tell ya. My first order in August went off without a hitch, but when I went to place a second one, I caught that extra charge. It's sly and definitely not what I was expecting, y'know? If I hadn't been on the ball, I woulda ended up shelling out way more cash than I planned. Come on now, Express, this ain't a good look. Folks should be able to trust they won't get hit with surprises fees when they order from yer site, eh.

    I just bought some fancy jewelry pieces as gifts for the winter, but boy was I let down by the quality. The earrings I got broke after just a couple wears. And another pair broke as soon as they came out of the gift bag. So fragile and cheap, especially for what I paid. From now on, I'll just stick with my tried and true gold and silver jeweler for any future buys.

    I ordered some clothes online and then realized I needed to change the shipping address. When I called, they told me it was too late to make the change. Can you believe that? The order hadn't even been processed! And to top it off, I didn't even get a refund! Now I'm out $80! What a rip-off! I've been shopping here forever, but I'm so done with this place now.

    I just bought 4 things from the online store recently. Excited at first, but had to return 3 of them. The company's International returns policy was pretty disappointing, especially for us Canadians. No shipping labels for returns, just drop off at Landmark Global and hope for the best. Super frustrating! Past bad experiences with U.S. online shops and their return policies, now definitely sticking to Amazon. Express needs to listen to their customer reviews, they show a lot of unhappy customers.

    Payment issue

    So, I had this annoying thing happen recently where a payment I made on the 11th didn't go through until the next day. Even though I'm all the way on the west coast in a different time zone, I still got hit with a late fee, which is just ridiculous. When I asked the company to waive the fee, they wouldn't budge. That kind of response makes me think their customer service is seriously lacking. Especially during a pandemic, you'd think they would be more understanding and empathetic.

    Their unprofessional behavior has definitely made me think twice about sticking with them. I feel like Express not only lost me as a customer, but also my friends and family. It's disappointing to see a company not taking their customers' situations into consideration. If this is how they treat their top customers, it's no surprise they might be having some issues.

    Honestly, I'm pretty upset about how things have gone down with Express lately. I'll definitely be looking for another business to support moving forward.

    Hey there, I've been a customer at this store for a while now and I'm currently stationed overseas with an APO address. I gotta say, I've been pretty let down by how online ordering and customer service have been going lately. Even though I've been a loyal customer, my orders always seem to get stuck in processing for weeks on end and then they end up getting cancelled.     I used to be a loyal customer of this store for so many years, eh, but lately, I've been really let down by the quality of their clothes and their customer service, eh. And to top it off, they keep lowering my clothing credit card limit, which is just so frustrating, eh. The prices of their clothes are way too high for the quality - they feel like cheap junk, not worth it at all, eh. So, yesterday when I saw that they reduced my credit limit even more, I was so mad that I decided to return my last purchase and say goodbye to this store for good, eh.     Designer glasses purchase

    I just bought a fancy pair of designer glasses from your marketplace vendors, and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with what I got. The glasses looked totally different from the picture online. When I tried to return them, customer service just gave me the runaround. First, I got a fake phone number, then had to talk to a supervisor to finally get an email and another phone number. But guess what? When I contacted a Jimmy Choo rep in China, they said they couldn't process returns. When I called Express again, they said they couldn't help me at all. So now I'm stuck with an expensive and really unattractive pair of glasses.
