Express - Reviews and experiences

So, I had this annoying thing happen recently where a payment I made on the 11th didn't go through until the next day. Even though I'm all the way on the west coast in a different time zone, I still got hit with a late fee, which is just ridiculous. When I asked the company to waive the fee, they wouldn't budge. That kind of response makes me think their customer service is seriously lacking. Especially during a pandemic, you'd think they would be more understanding and empathetic.

Their unprofessional behavior has definitely made me think twice about sticking with them. I feel like Express not only lost me as a customer, but also my friends and family. It's disappointing to see a company not taking their customers' situations into consideration. If this is how they treat their top customers, it's no surprise they might be having some issues.

Honestly, I'm pretty upset about how things have gone down with Express lately. I'll definitely be looking for another business to support moving forward.

This store is so sketchy, eh? They went ahead and charged my card without even asking, and now I'm stuck dealing with all this drama just to get my money back. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend trusting them with your payment info, eh?
