I just bought some sweatpants and hoodies online and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The customer service was awful - I felt like I was going in circles and my messages weren't even being read right. And to make matters worse, the website and app kept glitching, making it a pain to even buy anything. Honestly, it felt like a total joke and I don't know how they're still in business.

What a complete waste of time and money, eh! Their customer service is just a joke, I tell ya. I spent forever on live chat and got absolutely nowhere. Their website and app are a total disaster, always glitching out. They say they give account credits, but good luck actually getting them, eh. And don't even get me started on their return policy - it's like a big ol' mystery, no transparency at all. And let's not forget about the clothes, eh? Such poor quality, it's a shame. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, eh.

I've been having a lot of trouble trying to contact customer service about a problem with my online order. I've been trying to get in touch over the past few days through phone, chat, and email, but I haven't gotten any response. It's really annoying to not get any help or answers. I've been a loyal customer and I think a big company like this should provide better and faster service.

Clothing credit card reduced, overpriced junk, returning item

I used to be a loyal customer of this store for so many years, eh, but lately, I've been really let down by the quality of their clothes and their customer service, eh. And to top it off, they keep lowering my clothing credit card limit, which is just so frustrating, eh. The prices of their clothes are way too high for the quality - they feel like cheap junk, not worth it at all, eh. So, yesterday when I saw that they reduced my credit limit even more, I was so mad that I decided to return my last purchase and say goodbye to this store for good, eh. It's really too bad that they treat their past customers so poorly, they really deserve to go out of business, eh. Karma will catch up with them eventually, eh.
