CommunicationLet me tell you, what were they thinking? I used to love shopping at this store as a loyal customer, always having a great experience. But their recent online marketing strategy? It completely turned me off. I mean, guys modeling women's clothes? Come on! I want to see how it looks on me, not some dude! It just doesn't make sense and I can't relate to it at all. As a woman who actually wants to see how the clothes will fit and look on me, using male models is not helping. So, Express has lost me as a customer. Goodbye, Express. You seriously need to fix this marketing mess and start targeting your audience - women!
