PriceWatch out for sneaky hidden charges, eh? Express tried to slide in an 82-dollar processing fee on my so-called "free shipping" order, ay! Not cool at all, I tell ya. My first order in August went off without a hitch, but when I went to place a second one, I caught that extra charge. It's sly and definitely not what I was expecting, y'know? If I hadn't been on the ball, I woulda ended up shelling out way more cash than I planned. Come on now, Express, this ain't a good look. Folks should be able to trust they won't get hit with surprises fees when they order from yer site, eh.

PriceUgh, I was really pumped to order some new work clothes online for the first time ever, but then they pulled the classic false advertising on me. Can you believe it? They sent me a coupon for $75 off of $200, but when I went to use it, they hit me with "sorry, no coupons during the sale, but here's a lousy 10% off instead". Not cool at all. I was so excited to treat myself and now I'm just feeling disappointed. Totally killed my shopping mood, not cool.
