I used to have a great experience with this company, eh, but lately it's been disappointing, ya know? I've been a loyal customer for years, but the quality and service have really gone downhill. My last order in December was a total disaster - three bags of nuts showed up covered in fungus or mildew. I reached out to customer service, and they only agreed to give me store credit for two bags. So now, I tried to order some candies and wanted to use my $28 store credit, eh, to help with the cost. But they told me I couldn't use it to get free shipping. I called customer service for help, and they just brushed it off, saying there was nothing they could do for me. Really disappointing, eh?

So, ya know, I had this crazy allergic reaction to a concealer I bought, and it was, like, the worst. And when I reached out to customer service to, like, complain about it, they were just awful. They set up a phone call with me and then totally stood me up. No apology or anything. And then, 15 days later, they called me like nothing happened. They wouldn't even answer my questions and just sent a mean email threatening to close my case because I missed the call. Like, seriously, they need to learn how to treat customers better.

I had a great time shopping on your website and I really liked getting updates on new releases. I've been able to buy many things successfully, but I haven't been able to snag some of the more limited edition items because of bots or resellers. It's all good though, the system works fine for less popular stuff. Thanks for making it easy to shop and keeping us in the loop about new releases.

And voila, once it was all set up, I got that code in there and activated the software no problem. What a ride of emotions, but hey, at least the code ended up working - just not when you thought it would, eh?

They were also late delivering the car, like come on, time is money, folks! Good things? The guy Pedro was nice and they brought the car to me. And the price wasn't too bad, I suppose. But next time, I'll shell out a bit more for a better company, seriously.
