    I just bought the STAR LIT GLITTER MEDIUM PAILLETTES MULTI-EFFETS and I was so let down. They're way bigger and chunkier than the glitter powders I used before, making them not great for kids' makeup. I wanted to try some fun and fancy looks with them, but they just didn't do it for me. The texture and size of the glitter didn't match what I had in mind at all. I wish I knew about their size and texture before I bought them, now I regret getting these paillettes.

    Allergic reaction to a concealer

    So, ya know, I had this crazy allergic reaction to a concealer I bought, and it was, like, the worst. And when I reached out to customer service to, like, complain about it, they were just awful. They set up a phone call with me and then totally stood me up. No apology or anything. And then, 15 days later, they called me like nothing happened. They wouldn't even answer my questions and just sent a mean email threatening to close my case because I missed the call. Like, seriously, they need to learn how to treat customers better.

    Unsatisfactory makeup product

    I bought this makeup product and was really let down by it, so I thought I'd return it. But boy, the return process was a total nightmare. I had to pay for shipping to send it back, and then it took ages for the company to even confirm they got my package. I had to keep bugging them for updates, and then they finally said they'd give me a refund, but that took forever too. The customer service was just awful, so I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    $80 foundation

    Honestly, they really messed up my order. I asked for the $80 Light Beige foundation, and what do I get? A totally different shade! On top of that, there's no return label. So now, I have to deal with the extra hassle and cost of return shipping. It's frustrating and feels like a waste of money and time. Next time, I'm definitely buying from Sephora in person, so I can check everything before leaving.

    I bought some makeup stuff from your shop not too long ago, but guess what? I never got them! And the cherry on top of it all is that I still got charged for them, even though they never made it to me. I've been trying to get a hold of your customer service team through emails, but no one has gotten back to me yet. This whole situation is just not cool and pretty disappointing. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company to anyone, to be honest.

    High-quality products

    The products are great, but the customer service is just awful! They don't answer emails or messages on social media. They totally ignore any questions asked. And to top it off, I didn't get the promised sample with my order, even though I chose it for testing. It might not seem like a big deal, but it's not right. Because of this, I won't be buying from them again and I won't recommend this brand to anyone. There are so many other good brands that don't test on animals, so I'll support them instead.

    I ordered something from this place and it was a total disaster. I never got my stuff and when I tried getting in touch with them, they were no help at all. They didn't solve anything. I'm really let down by how unprofessional and uncaring they were.

    High prices, lack of samples

    I just bought something from this store and I wanted to give some feedback. The delivery was super quick and accurate, which was great. But I was a bit bummed that even though I spent more than $100, they didn't include a little sample as a gift with my order. The prices at this store are pretty steep, which is a downside for me. Especially now when a lot of physical stores are closed, it's tough to get your hands on their stuff. When I did finally get to the store, I found it hard to get good advice from the salesperson. Not being able to try things on or get samples makes it really difficult to decide what to buy. I think the products are good quality, but without samples or help, it's hard to know if a particular shade or product will work for me.

    I've never had any problems with them. But to be fair, I've never had to reach out to their customer service. I really love the Aqua Resist and AquaXL collections, whether it's in pencil or Ink Liner form. Ever since I found them, they're the only ones I use now.

    Delayed delivery of ordered products

    I recently ordered something off your website and I gotta say, the delivery has been a real bummer. I placed my order on October 10th and it got sent out on the 11th, but the package got messed up during delivery and sent back to you guys. You received it back on the 18th. The customer service folks told me no refund can be processed until the logistics department deals with the returned package. It's now October 26th, a whole week since you got it back, and I still haven't gotten my stuff or a refund. This wait and lack of communication ain't cool. I'm hoping for a quick fix and better logistics in the future.

    Eyeshadow palette purchase

    I just bought something at this store and it was not a good experience. The customer service was terrible, they didn't try to meet my basic needs at all. They ignored all my complaints and emails, which made me feel like they didn't care about my concerns. It was obvious they didn't value customer satisfaction. I even looked at reviews on Trustpilot and saw that lots of other people had bad experiences too, giving the store low ratings.

    I tried buying stuff from this store twice now, and both times they canceled my order without saying why. I put 6 things then 10 things in my cart, then they just took them all out. It's annoying to have stuff disappear from my cart when they're supposedly available. Feels like a waste of time and a letdown, you know?
