When I reached out to customer service about the missing items, they weren't very helpful. They asked for a picture of the box the items were in, even though I didn't expect them all to be in one box. The lack of understanding and unhelpful communication left me feeling frustrated. I'm now waiting to see if I'll get a refund for the missing items.
