Online purchase for Christmas gift
I ordered something online on December 7th as a Christmas present. I tried to check on my order a few times but didn't get any updates. Eventually, I found out that my gift wouldn't show up until December 30th. I was annoyed by the lack of updates and the delays, so I decided to cancel my order. The company's reply wasn't very helpful - they said I could only cancel if my item hadn't been sent out yet. So, I ended up having a bad time with the whole thing and no Christmas gift in the end.
Hoop earrings
I bought a pair of hoop earrings from this company not too long ago, eh. Sadly, they ended up breaking and getting all bent out of shape after only two weeks of wearing them. I tried to get in touch with their customer service team by email, but let me tell you, dealing with them has been a major headache. I'm feeling let down by the lousy quality of the earrings and the fact that the company hasn't been much help at all.
