DeliveryI ordered something online on December 7th as a Christmas present. I tried to check on my order a few times but didn't get any updates. Eventually, I found out that my gift wouldn't show up until December 30th. I was annoyed by the lack of updates and the delays, so I decided to cancel my order. The company's reply wasn't very helpful - they said I could only cancel if my item hadn't been sent out yet. So, I ended up having a bad time with the whole thing and no Christmas gift in the end.
