New customer experience
As a new customer, I kinda found the sign-up process and picking meals a bit confusing. It would be nice to have more help and choices to make it easier. I also think it would be good to have more options for delivery dates and times, or maybe a pick-up option, to make things better for customers. Even though I had to wait a bit for chat help, the person was nice and answered my questions. Right now, I'm not sure if I'll keep using this service in the long run.
Nutritious meal delivery
As someone dealing with Parkinson's Disease, it's not always easy to make sure I'm getting all the right nutrients in my meals. So I thought I'd give this meal delivery service a shot to help out a bit, and let me tell you, I'm impressed. They've got a great selection of meals to choose from, and I really appreciate that they switch things up regularly to keep it interesting. Sure, there have been a few bumps in the road, but the team at this service is always quick to fix any problems that come up. They've always been on time with deliveries too, so I never have to stress about missing a meal.
Incorrect meals received, unhelpful customer service
I had such a bad time with this company. My first order came with the wrong meals, and when I tried calling customer service for help, they were no help at all. They didn't even try to fix the problem and just went ahead and processed my second order without letting me cancel. Now I'm stuck with 10 meals that I really don't like. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.
Keto meal plan
I tried out the keto meal plan from this place recently, and let me tell you, I was super impressed. Spoiled delivery
I was so shocked when my delivery showed up all gross, but thankfully it wasn't the company's fault. Turns out, UPS thought it would be fun to hold onto my package for THREE whole days, letting my food go bad. How is that even okay? But hey, shoutout to Matthew from Fresh n' Lean's customer service for coming through and hooking me up with a credit. Props to him!
Delivery schedule frustration
I've been using this meal delivery service for a few weeks now and while the food is alright, I've been really frustrated with the delivery schedule. Only having options for Friday and Saturday deliveries has been a real hassle for me. When my package didn't show up as promised on Friday or Saturday, I had to wait until Monday to get my meals. By then, the food had gone bad and I had to toss it, leaving me without meals for a whole week. Even though they offered to give me my money back, it was still a big inconvenience. Despite having until Sunday to place my order, the rigid delivery schedule has been a big issue for me. I'm thinking about trying another meal delivery service that gives me more choice in delivery dates.
Quick and responsive customer service
I've always been really happy with the customer service from the team. They're always there for me when I have questions or concerns. Good customer service is super important to me, and this team has never let me down in the three years I've been a customer. They're quick to respond and always willing to help with any problems, which has made my experience really great. I feel like as long as they keep it up, they'll have my business forever.
Subscription meal delivery
I decided to try out a meal delivery service on subscription and boy, was I let down! The customer service was practically non-existent. When I found a piece of plastic in my first meal, I tried contacting them through both phone and email, but I received no response at all. I even asked about their money-back guarantee, yet still no luck. And to top it off, the food was terrible. It was either dull or just plain revolting. My kid wouldn't even touch it, and they usually love eggs and sausage. I forced myself to eat the meals, worried the whole time about finding more unexpected things in them. It was absolutely awful.
No refund, plastic in the dish, chicken dish recalled
So, basically, I placed my order a while back, right? And it's taking forever to get here, and no one is updating me on what's going on. And when it finally shows up, the food is all nasty and gross. Then the company owes me some cash, but they're not giving it up. They even sent me that chicken meal that got recalled, but only refunded me for a few. I've been a customer for a whole dang year and they keep messing up. It's so annoying!
Meal selection and delivery
In general, my experience with choosing and getting my meals on time was good. The food was top-notch, and I liked how easy it was to have nutritious, ready-made meals. However, I ran into a problem when I went out of town and wanted to cancel my meals for that period. Even though I tried to cancel them, I got a message saying the meals were coming and I got charged for them. It was annoying that it wasn't simpler to cancel meals, and I hope they can make this process better in the future.

As someone who's been looking for the perfect meal delivery service, I've tried out a bunch of options. But I gotta say, I was really impressed by the customer service I got from this company. They got back to me super quickly by phone and email, which I really liked. Plus, the person I talked to knew their stuff and gave me a deal I couldn't say no to - 25% off my first 3 boxes! I recently decided to try this meal delivery service, and it ended up being a total letdown. When my order arrived, I noticed there were some issues with the delivery, which I know might not have been their fault. I tried reaching out to them through a bunch of emails to ask about the food's safety, but sadly, I never heard back. It's been almost a week now, and still no word from them. So, I had to toss out more than $100 worth of food because I wasn't sure if it was okay to eat. This lack of communication and not caring about customers' questions is really frustrating and just not cool. I suggest avoiding ordering from them, 'cause you might also end up in a spot where they don't bother to reply to your worries.
Online meal subscription
Ordering online was a pain, eh? We wanted to get meals for me and my partner, but ended up with four subscriptions and orders by mistake. Had to chat with customer service to cancel two subscriptions, what a headache, eh? When the meals came, the packaging was messy with food bits all over. The taste was alright, nothing special. Reminded us of food you'd get on a fancy domestic flight, eh.

My meals have been tasting a lot better lately! I remember when I first tried them 2 years ago, they weren't that great. But now, they are so delicious and I really look forward to eating them. Keep up the good work! Thanks!

I've been trying out the 3-month meal plan and I gotta say, I'm pretty pleased with how good the food is and how well it's packaged. Catering service review
I just used a catering service for a special event and I was really impressed with the different dishes they had. There were so many choices, and I loved that they use organic ingredients and have lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options.
