Nordstrom Rack has always been my top choice for getting really good stuff at prices that won't break the bank. The store over on Camelback in Phoenix is always spot on with their awesome selection. Whether I need nice dress shirts, some sweet shoes, or cozy socks, I can always find something I'm into. The folks working there know their stuff and are always happy to assist me in finding just what I'm looking for. I've been shopping there faithfully for three years now, and I've never been disappointed.

The glasses I bought were really good quality and were priced pretty reasonably. I did have a little problem with my first order because I picked the wrong lenses, but the customer service folks were super helpful and fixed it right away. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and the service I got.

I bought a shapewear bodysuit recently and I wasn't too happy with it. There were a few problems with it right out of the box, like a seam inside the leg that left a mark all the way down, and the fabric at the back tearing easily. It was a pricey item, so I was bummed to see these issues. It did its job in shaping my body, but the material and construction weren't up to par. I was hoping for better quality considering the cost.

I'm so disappointed with the service from this company. I used their services for a design project and it's been a total nightmare. They promised free shipping, but my client kept getting bills from Fedex which added extra costs. I tried reaching out to Lumens multiple times about this problem, but no luck. And to make things worse, one of the light fixtures arrived broken and I'm still waiting for a refund. It's frustrating to have to waste so much time fixing things after buying. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
