Suits and dresses
While I've always had a good time shopping at Nordstrom Rack in-person, my recent online order totally let me down. I bought a bunch of suits and dresses for a special event, but when my package arrived, four out of eleven items were missing! When I reached out to customer service, they gave me wishy-washy answers and said I might not even get a refund for the missing stuff. They also mentioned that Nordstrom doesn't do anything to make up for these mistakes. Feeling frustrated and kinda cheated out of some awesome deals because of someone's mistake or bad behavior.
Black leather boots
The crazy search for hidden gems at this store can be pretty exciting and sometimes annoying. The sale section is a total mess, stuff all jumbled together and hard to find anything good. I've seen a few things with missing buttons or loose threads, which is a letdown. But with big discounts of up to 70% off on big brand names, there's definitely a chance to snag some awesome deals. Even though it's a bit of a hassle to dig through all the not-so-great stuff, the thrill of finding something special keeps me coming back for more.
Dress shirts, shoes, and socks
Nordstrom Rack has always been my top choice for getting really good stuff at prices that won't break the bank. The store over on Camelback in Phoenix is always spot on with their awesome selection. Whether I need nice dress shirts, some sweet shoes, or cozy socks, I can always find something I'm into. The folks working there know their stuff and are always happy to assist me in finding just what I'm looking for. I've been shopping there faithfully for three years now, and I've never been disappointed.
Clothing and shoes
I went to Nordstrom Rack the other day and it was awesome! The store was super organized and easy to get around, which made my shopping trip so much easier. The staff were really nice and knew their stuff, especially when I needed help finding the right sizes and styles. They had a huge selection of clothes and shoes, and I found exactly what I wanted. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be going back to Nordstrom Rack again.
Luggage purchase with broken zippers
I bought this suitcase with the zippers all wonky. So, I tried to take it back 'cause of the defect, but they told me it was too late. Can you believe it? They're still selling the same messed up luggage, so obviously they knew about the problem, but they won't give me a refund. I wasted 75 bucks on that junk. Can't even donate it 'cause it's busted. I used to be a fan of this store, but not anymore. Watch out if you're thinking about shopping there, eh!
clothing and accessories
I went shopping for clothes and accessories at the store the other day. The selection was okay, but my experience wasn't the greatest. The store was a bit of a mess and it was tough to find stuff in my size. The checkout took forever with long lines and not-so-friendly staff. Plus, some things were priced higher than I thought they would be for a discount store. All in all, I was pretty underwhelmed with how things went.
Bought Tommy Bahama shirt
I went to Nordstrom Rack and found this really awesome Tommy Bahama shirt. I needed some help to get my size right, so this super nice girl named Gina came to my rescue. She was so friendly and made me feel like a VIP. When it was time to pay, she rang me through and stayed nice and pleasant the whole time. It was a fantastic experience and I'll definitely be heading back for more stylish clothes!
Black trench coat
I just got this awesome black trench coat at the store and it was amazing. The salesperson was super helpful and nice, spent time getting me the best deal and even hooked me up with a rewards card. The coat is really well-made and I just love wearing it.
Shoes, broken strap
I bought a pair of shoes at Nordstrom Rack the other day, and to be honest, I was pretty let down by the quality. The strap at the back of the shoes just snapped off when I was trying to put them on, which sucked. And when I reached out to customer service to try and sort it out, they weren't much help at all.
Jacket purchase for winter
I just bought a winter jacket from Nordstrom Rack and I was pretty happy with how it turned out. But then I had a bit of trouble when I tried to swap it for a bigger size since it had been a few days past the 30-day return deadline. I was kinda bummed to learn that this rule wasn't clearly mentioned on my receipt. When I asked the manager if they could make an exception, they just pointed to a sign at the checkout. This whole thing has me second-guessing Nordstrom Rack's customer service rep, which I thought was supposed to be stellar.
2 pairs of shoes and a backpack
I picked up 2 pairs of shoes and a backpack at Nordstrom Rack, eh, and it turned out to be a bit of a letdown, ya know. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on the stuff, but it took way longer to show up than I was anticipating. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times to check on my order, but their responses didn't really cut it for me. Waiting around for my gear for that long was super annoying, especially since I needed them for an event that was coming up. All in all, the whole online ordering process at Nordstrom Rack left me unimpressed.
Final sale clearance item
So, I had a pretty bad experience at this store not too long ago. I picked up this final sale clearance item, thinking it was a steal, but turns out it was defective and not at all what was described. When I tried to return it for something else or store credit, they hit me with the news that Nordstrom doesn't do returns on final sale items. I was downright shocked and mad. I mean, even places like Marshalls have a better policy for clearance stuff. It's just annoying not being able to swap out for the right size without trying stuff on first.
Gray sweater purchase
So I bought this gray sweater from Nordstrom Rack, thinking I was getting a Vince cable braid design. But when it arrived, it was a different color and style, smelled bad, and had visible damage. I wasn't happy about the mix-up, so I returned it on March 10th with the USPS receipt as proof. It's been almost three weeks now, and I still haven't received my refund as of today, March 30th. Whenever I call to check, they just give me vague answers about the refund being on its way or not processed yet. The way they're handling this situation is really disappointing and doesn't make for a good shopping experience at Nordstrom Rack. I can see why they have so many bad reviews, and after this incident, I won't be shopping there again.
Holiday items at Nordstrom Rack
I recently bought a bunch of stuff at Nordstrom Rack for the holidays and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with how it all turned out. Some of the things I got were final sale, and one of those items never showed up. So, I asked for a refund but was told no because of their final sale policy. I even talked to the Delivery Team who said they had proof of shipment and weirdly mentioned getting the local authorities involved. But, neither team has actually helped me solve the problem, which is super frustrating. Now, I've gotta go through the delivery service to try and figure out what happened and maybe get my money back. Honestly, the customer service from Nordstrom Rack in this situation has been pretty crappy.

I'm totally shocked by how crazy the shipping fees are and how the stuff just isn't up to par. Like come on, I already had to fork out a bunch for shipping, and then the clothes and shoes I got were way below what I was expecting. Had to pay to ship 'em back ‘cause they were so bad. And the customer service? Don't even get me started. Only got a partial refund on one return and a lame apology for the other. It's a real letdown seeing a big store like Nordstrom Rack not delivering on quality products and good customer service.
New shirt
Got this super cute shirt online, but man, the delivery was a total nightmare. Ordered it weeks ago, but it never showed up because the delivery company is just the worst. They can't seem to find my house even though I made sure my address was right. I finally tried calling them, but it was a disaster - got stuck on the phone with a robot. Nordstrom Rack really dropped the ball on this one!
A pair of shoes
If you like waiting around for a package that never shows up, then Nordstrom Rack is the spot for you. I bought some shoes online and they were supposed to be delivered by this company called LSO. Let me tell you, LSO was a total mess. My package never made it to me, and when I reached out to customer service, they were useless. I won't be relying on their online shipping services again, that's for sure.
