I recently ordered a book, eh, but it never showed up, eh. I tried to log into my account to track the package, but I had some trouble with the technology, eh, so I couldn't get in. I sent a bunch of emails to customer service, but they never got back to me, eh. It was really frustrating and disappointing not being able to get any help or info about my order, eh.

The staff were really nice and knew their stuff, especially when I needed help finding the right sizes and styles. They had a huge selection of clothes and shoes, and I found exactly what I wanted.
