Got charged double
I thought I was getting a great deal, but they ended up charging me double what was listed on the website. I sent them an email asking about it, but they never replied. I usually buy things from them every Christmas, but after this mess, I'm never shopping there again! It's not right to overcharge me like that 🤬.

Skincare products lover
I borrowed some of my boyfriend's skincare stuff and I found out I needed my own routine. I gave the co-wash a shot and thought it was awesome, so I also picked up the blemish buster kit to handle surprise breakouts. Turns out, both of them have been great for my skin.

Copernic Desktop
I've been using Copernic Desktop for a while now and I find it does a great job at organizing all my files and folders on my computer. But, when the program crashes, it's a real hassle. Rebuilding all the settings can take a lot of time, especially if you've made specific changes like adding new file types or adjusting update schedules. And don't even get me started on rebuilding that massive index - it can literally take hours, which is not great when you're in a rush.

The customer service at this company is amazing. I've never dealt with a big company that cares so much about its customers. As soon as I ordered, I could tell they really wanted me to be happy. The jewelry I got was even better than I expected in terms of quality and how long it will last.

Rip-off return policy
The customer service is terrible. They never get back to you no matter how you try to contact them. And if you want to return something, they make you send it to another country and you have to pay for it yourself, which is totally unfair. It's a total rip off. I'm never shopping here again.

I had to switch my birthday discount to a different size of the same item, and Gemma S. was a huge help. She sorted it out for me right away, no problems at all! Most places give you a hard time when you need to change a discount code, but the customer service here was fantastic. Great job, guys!

Black trench coat
I just got this awesome black trench coat at the store and it was amazing. The salesperson was super helpful and nice, spent time getting me the best deal and even hooked me up with a rewards card. The coat is really well-made and I just love wearing it.
