Search app purchase
I totally love using this search app because it helps me find stuff super quick! You can choose what kind of document you're looking for and use various filters to narrow down your search. I also love that I can search across the network and still get awesome results with just using one search term. But, there's this annoying pop-up that keeps bugging me to access my Outlook contacts, and I can't get rid of it unless I disable the option in Outlook, which is not secure. Plus, the multiple operators like AND and OR aren't really working like they're supposed to.
Search program for computer
I've been using this search program on my computer for years, and it's really handy because it indexes everything, not just file names. I especially like that it includes file metadata too. I hardly ever need support, but when I do, they are really quick and helpful. I don't understand why people are leaving negative reviews because my experience has been nothing but great!
Copernic 6 software
I just bought the Copernic 6 software and I've been having some trouble with it searching properly. No matter what I do, it just can't seem to find my emails and files reliably. I contacted Copernic's customer service to get some help fixing the issue, because I've been happy with their other products before.
Copernic Desktop
I've been using Copernic Desktop for a while now and I find it does a great job at organizing all my files and folders on my computer. But, when the program crashes, it's a real hassle. Rebuilding all the settings can take a lot of time, especially if you've made specific changes like adding new file types or adjusting update schedules. And don't even get me started on rebuilding that massive index - it can literally take hours, which is not great when you're in a rush.
File duplicate detector
This product was a total letdown. So, it’s supposed to help me find duplicate files, right? Well, I put in all this time indexing my files and when I went to check out the duplicates, nope, couldn’t see them at all. I tried going on the forum to ask for help, but can you believe it? I was like the fourth person asking the same thing and no one bothered to answer me, not even after a whole year! Just crazy.
Software
The software I bought was a little tricky to set up at first, eh? I had to restart it a few times to get it working properly. Every time I turned on my computer, it took about half an hour for the program to get going, which was pretty annoying, eh? But the customer service at the company was really quick to help me out and gave me some useful tips that fixed the problem. Even though it was a bit tough at first, I'm happy with the software now and would give it four out of five stars, eh?
Software licensing issue
My experience with the software licensing was pretty frustrating, eh. So, I changed my machine name and then my license got deactivated, eh? That made the product totally useless, eh. I tried to reach out to customer support for some help, but, unfortunately, they didn't get back to me for over two weeks, eh? That lack of support and communication left me feeling pretty disappointed and frustrated, eh. So, I ended up having to switch to a different product, which was such a hassle and inconvenience, eh.
Paid software download
I didn't get anything. I asked for my money back and cancelled my subscription. They completely ignored me when I asked for confirmation of the cancellation. I definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with those scammers!
additional tool
I recently bought another tool from this company, but then realized I didn't actually need it. So, I reached out to customer support to get a refund and they were super quick and efficient in sorting it out for me. I've been using their software for a long time, using it every day to search for emails and documents. I'm really happy with how well it works and how it saves me time and effort. I definitely recommend this software to my colleagues and corporate clients too.

Eh, so I bought this software that won't stop crashing or freezing on me, eh. Had to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it, what a pain, eh. And the worst of it, the support I got was just terrible, eh. I sent in like 5 tickets for the same problem, and every time they said they fixed it, but no luck, eh. So when I finally asked for my money back cause I was so fed up, they had the nerve to say it was past the 30-day limit, eh. Like come on, most of that time was waiting around for them to give me some useless answer, eh.
Backup program purchase
I just got this new backup program, and it's pretty sweet, eh? At first, it was kinda glitchy, but now it's workin' like a charm even with my fancy drives. I had to bug 'em over and over for the download, but I finally got it. And now they won't stop botherin' me about my program bein' expired, even though I got it all set up and working perfectly. I keep tryin' to reach out to 'em, but they never respond, so it's gettin' on my nerves, eh.
Disappointing experience, crashing issues, looking for alternatives
My experience with this product has been pretty disappointing. It was working fine before, but now it keeps crashing all the time, so it's basically useless. I'm looking for another solution because of these ongoing issues.
Auto-renewal subscription
The customer service experience was a huge letdown. I got charged for a subscription renewal out of the blue, even though I wasn't even using the software. I contacted them right away to get my money back, but after countless emails back and forth and trying everything to fix it, it's been over 6 months and I still haven't seen a penny returned.

This darn software has been giving me nothing but trouble for the past few months, I tell ya. It keeps crashing, deleting my data, and now it won't even work at all. Whenever I try to get help from customer service, all they do is waste my time with useless answers. It's like I'm their guinea pig testing out their lousy product. After a bunch of frustrating run-ins, I finally asked for my money back, but nope, they said it was past the 30-day return window. Can you believe that? They don't give a darn that their product is basically useless most of the time. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this garbage software and company!
Slow, problematic software
I've been using this search software for a long time, but the latest version is a disaster. Version 6 was great, but version 7 is a total mess. It's super slow, full of bugs, and crashes all the time. I tried the trial version, and it was a complete nightmare. I couldn't even activate the license file, and when I asked for help, they questioned if their own file was valid. Are you kidding me? Even after I managed to get it working, it still wouldn't start with Windows, took ages to search, and often messed up the results. It kept crashing constantly, whether I was searching or indexing. It's just a waste of time and money. They clearly don't give a darn about their customers. I uninstalled it and found a much better search tool. Stay far away from Copernic, it's just not worth it.
Software for managing email and calendar.
I bought this software thinking it would help me stay on top of my emails and calendar, but man, was I ever let down! The search results were so bad - I just couldn't find anything I was looking for. And to top it off, it didn't want to play nice with my new Outlook files at all. I tried and tried to make it work, but in the end, I just had to throw in the towel. Total letdown, I tell ya.
My order took forever to arrive
Ugh, I waited forever for my order to arrive and when it finally did, it was such a disappointment. Such a waste of money!
Search software
I've been using the search software for like, 6 years now and I gotta say, it's been pretty reliable and sturdy. It's not flawless, but it's always come through for me when I needed it. The software is easy to use and has definitely made my job a whole lot easier.
Customizable old version
The old free version was awesome once I made it my own. But this new version's 30-day trial is a letdown - it doesn't offer much and seems to only give you more if you pay up. It's annoying not knowing how much it'll cost in the end, with each feature feeling like a cash grab.
