DFF software for deduplicating Photos library
I just bought this DFF software so I could clean up my Photos library, ya know? There were like over 10 thousand duplicate pics in there! Turns out, I got those duplicates when I tried to merge two libraries with a different tool that didn't do the job right. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't figure out how to get rid of them on my own. Someone suggested I give DFF a shot since it uses the Photos API recommended by Apple for deduping libraries.
But as luck would have it, when I tried to set it up on my iMac, I hit a snag. DFF wouldn't register in the automation settings, so I couldn't get it to work no matter what I tried. After going through the usual troubleshooting steps, they hooked me up with an engineer who whipped up a special version just for me. This version had a workaround that finally let me clean out those duplicates in my Photos library, and I finished up the job yesterday.
I gotta say, I'm super happy with how it turned out. This is the only tool I trust to delete the dupes without tossing out similar photos, too. With so many items to sort through, I just didn't have the time or patience to do it all by hand.Mac file management apps
I've been using different file management apps from this company for a few years now, and I have to say, they're fantastic. MacCleaner Pro software
Nektony makes really great software that's easy to use and super effective. I gotta say, MacCleaner Pro is hands down the best software I've ever tried. It's got all kinds of tools packed into one app, perfect for any Mac user. I just started using it and I'm seriously impressed by how well it works and how easy it is to use. Definitely give the MacCleaner Pro trial a try - you won't regret it. And their customer service is top-notch. This company really knows how to deliver a high-quality product at a great price. I can't imagine using my Mac without it now.
New MacBook Air license issue
I just ran into a little snag with my new MacBook Air - forgot to transfer the license from my old one. Emailed the support team about it and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient they were in getting back to me. They gave me a solution way faster than I thought they would. Right now, I only have App Cleaner & Uninstaller, but the way the support team helped me out has me thinking about getting Mac Cleaner All In. I'd definitely suggest reaching out to them if you've got any questions or problems - they'll probably get back to you quicker than you think.

So, I got this Mac cleaning software, right? The old version wasn't working on my computer, so I had to upgrade. Duplicate File Finder Pro
I had a little bit of trouble with the Duplicate File Finder Pro version on the Mac App Store, compared to the one on the Nektony website. So, I decided to reach out to support through email, and they got back to me really quickly with a trial solution that actually helped fix my problems. They even followed up with a permanent solution. This is exactly how customer support should be - fast and helpful. I would totally recommend both this product and the company.
MacCleaner Pro purchase
I recently bought this software that totally changed how well my computer works. My MacBook Pro with the M1 chip was slow and full of problems, so I needed to fix it. App cleaner for Mac bundle
Eh, I've been using this app cleaner for Mac for a long time, buddy. It's seriously so easy to use and it cleans up all the junk files like a pro. And bonus, it doesn't slow down my computer by running in the background like other cleaners do, eh. So, I made the decision to upgrade to the full bundle Mac cleaner pro 3 for ventura, ya know. The customer support was super helpful in getting me set up with the purchase, and now I'm all good to go with the full bundle. Can't wait to test out more products from them, eh!
Cleaner app (free and paid versions)
Eh, so the app is pretty simple and easy to use, eh? The interface is straightforward and gets the job done, surprisingly well. I've been fighting with that 'Other' storage junk on my MacOS for ages, always moving files around to try and keep my disk from maxing out. But then THIS app comes along and BAM - in just 15 minutes, it cleared out a whopping 160GB of that 'Other' nonsense from my 250GB disk! It was seriously jaw-dropping, and I didn't have any issues whatsoever after using it. A true lifesaver, eh?
App Cleaner
I just bought App Cleaner and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for me. The tools it offers are super handy and have really boosted the performance of my device. I recently got my hands on my buddy's messy 8tb filing system on his Apple computer and had to clean it up. I used "Duplicate File Finder Pro" to find and delete all the duplicates, which brought the drive down to under 3tb. It took a while, but next time I'd tackle it in a different way. I bought the 'Duplicate File Finder' app a couple of years back and ran into an issue using it again. I contacted customer support and they were super helpful, sending me step-by-step instructions via email. I liked how quickly and directly they communicated with me, and it was cool that there weren't any extra charges. On the other hand, when I asked Apple for help, they kinda threw shade at the app maker, which was annoying because I had a massive 15,000 photo library that needed organizing.
Space recovery assistance
Last year, I had a big issue with my MacBook Pro running out of space. I got in touch with tech support, and they helped me find and get rid of more than 90 gigs of hidden files.
