Follow-upI had a little bit of trouble with the Duplicate File Finder Pro version on the Mac App Store, compared to the one on the Nektony website. So, I decided to reach out to support through email, and they got back to me really quickly with a trial solution that actually helped fix my problems. They even followed up with a permanent solution. This is exactly how customer support should be - fast and helpful. I would totally recommend both this product and the company.
