Follow-upThe customer service experience was a huge letdown. I got charged for a subscription renewal out of the blue, even though I wasn't even using the software. I contacted them right away to get my money back, but after countless emails back and forth and trying everything to fix it, it's been over 6 months and I still haven't seen a penny returned.
