Shrunken sweatshirt
I bought a sweatshirt and it totally shrunk after just one wash, even though I made sure to follow the washing instructions. It ended up being too small to wear, which was a real bummer. But when I got in touch with customer service, the lady I talked to, Anna, was super helpful and she got a new one sent out to me right away. I really liked how quickly she handled everything and it made me feel good about the brand again.
Lightweight running jacket
I just bought this super nice running jacket from the store and I gotta say, I love it! The quality is top-notch and the design is so stylish. It's super breathable and perfect for my workouts. Plus, it makes me feel confident and awesome when I'm exercising. I'm really happy with my purchase and I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great running jacket.
Exchange for larger top
The customer service at this store is amazing, eh! Last night, I had to cancel my Evri pick-up because my printer was acting up. Eugenia not only helped me with the return but also gave me a discount code for a bigger size of the top I wanted. She got everything sorted out quickly and smoothly. I'm really pleased with how everything turned out, eh!
Tank top and leggings
Oh my goodness, I got this really awesome tank top and leggings from here and it's seriously the best outfit I've ever had! The fabric is so comfortable and I feel like a confident boss lady whenever I wear it. Also, I completely forgot to apply a discount code but the extremely friendly staff assisted me and still gave me the discount! On top of that, the delivery was insanely quick, I received it in just two days! I am absolutely in love with this store now, a big thank you to Anna and Najma!
Training clothes
I've been shopping with this brand for years and I've always been a fan of their workout gear. Lately though, I've noticed that the seams on their products haven't been up to par. I even had to take some stuff to a tailor to get fixed, which isn't ideal when you're buying exercise clothes. On the bright side, there was a mix-up with my order recently and the customer service team was super helpful in sorting it out. Anne-Marie was particularly awesome at handling my issue, so big props to her for the excellent service.

I just bought this thing and ran into a tiny problem with how good it was. But the folks in customer service were right on it, they got back to me right away and gave me my money back plus a sweet discount for next time. Super fit leggings, flattering dresses
Oh my goodness, I am totally in love with the stuff I picked up here! Those leggings are perfect for my workouts and the dresses make me feel like royalty in the fashion world. And let me tell you, the people working at the store were beyond friendly and helpful. I had a little issue with my account, but this awesome lady named Sultana fixed it up in no time. Their dedication to making sure customers are happy really makes this company stand out. I just can't help but keep adding more of their gear to my collection because they have all the great qualities you want in a business.

I've been buying stuff from this company for a while now and I've always been happy with what I received. But I recently had to return something that didn't work out for me. Thankfully, the return process was super easy and hassle-free. I just dropped off the item at a collection point and got an email notification that they picked it up the same evening. I got my refund really quickly, just three days later, and the money was back in my bank account. The customer service during the return was top-notch, it totally went above and beyond what I expected.
Leggings and sports bra
I love my new leggings and sports bra that I got from here. They're so comfy and make me feel like a superhero when I put them on. The fabric is really soft and stretchy, it's perfect for doing cartwheels and handstands in my room. Plus, the colours are super fun and bright, which I'm all about. I'm really looking forward to wearing them to my next gymnastics class!

I recently bought a crossbody bag from this company and sadly, the zipper pull came off when I was on vacation. I contacted customer service and Jeenah, who was super nice, helped me out. She fixed the problem quickly. Even though I haven't been buying as much clothes from them as I used to, I gotta give it to them - their athletic wear is long-lasting and looks good on.

I went to the store to get a top and leggings. The staff, Risha and Megan, were so helpful and really knew what would look good on me. I ended up buying more than I intended to, but I'm really happy with what I got.

I gotta admit, I was pretty ticked off when my delivery got all messed up. But I gave customer service a shout, and they totally came through. They got back to me super fast and fixed everything up. My new clothes
Oh dude, I got these new clothes and they were amazing, but then there was a bit of a problem. I filled out this online form thing and sent in some pics to show what was up. They got back to me right on time, which was pretty awesome. They asked for a few more pics and then boom! They said they'd send me a replacement! I was totally caught off guard, but it's seriously the best. The communication was so good and I'm just really happy with how everything worked out. Thanks a bunch, thanks a bunch, thanks a bunch! xx

My recent order got delayed because of a little administrative problem, and I was getting worried about it. But turns out, I was totally wrong! Not only that, she also arranged for a new order to be sent out quickly with express delivery at no extra cost. I gotta say, I was really impressed by Anna and the rest of the customer service team for their quick and effective help. My order arrived the very next day, all thanks to their speedy work.
Birthday discount change
I had to switch my birthday discount to a different size of the same item, and Gemma S. was a huge help. She sorted it out for me right away, no problems at all! Most places give you a hard time when you need to change a discount code, but the customer service here was fantastic. Great job, guys!
Birthday code redemption
I recently contacted customer service about a birthday code I got from the company. Even though my birthday had already happened, I was hoping I could still use the code for a future purchase. The rep, Emma, was amazing - she quickly replied to my email in a friendly and helpful way. She let me use the code for the pants I wanted to buy, and I was really grateful for that.
