Training clothes
I've been shopping with this brand for years and I've always been a fan of their workout gear. Lately though, I've noticed that the seams on their products haven't been up to par. I even had to take some stuff to a tailor to get fixed, which isn't ideal when you're buying exercise clothes. On the bright side, there was a mix-up with my order recently and the customer service team was super helpful in sorting it out. Anne-Marie was particularly awesome at handling my issue, so big props to her for the excellent service.
Product quality and customer service
I just bought this thing and ran into a tiny problem with how good it was. But the folks in customer service were right on it, they got back to me right away and gave me my money back plus a sweet discount for next time. Charlotte really went above and beyond to help sort everything out and make sure I was happy with my purchase.
Super fit leggings, flattering dresses
Oh my goodness, I am totally in love with the stuff I picked up here! Those leggings are perfect for my workouts and the dresses make me feel like royalty in the fashion world. And let me tell you, the people working at the store were beyond friendly and helpful. I had a little issue with my account, but this awesome lady named Sultana fixed it up in no time. I would absolutely suggest checking them out, they are amazing!
Legging and sport bra set
I've been a loyal customer of this activewear company for a while now because their clothes are top-notch in quality and performance. Recently, I had an issue with something I bought, but the customer service rep, Amy.C, really went the extra mile to help me out, even on a Sunday when she was probably super busy. Their dedication to making sure customers are happy really makes this company stand out. I just can't help but keep adding more of their gear to my collection because they have all the great qualities you want in a business.
Crossbody bag purchase
I recently bought a crossbody bag from this company and sadly, the zipper pull came off when I was on vacation. I contacted customer service and Jeenah, who was super nice, helped me out. She fixed the problem quickly. Even though I haven't been buying as much clothes from them as I used to, I gotta give it to them - their athletic wear is long-lasting and looks good on.
Great customer service, prompt, easy to deal with, discount code, after care service
My recent experience with this company was amazing, eh? The customer service I got from the staff was top-notch, they were quick and super easy to deal with. I goofed up and deleted a discount code, but they sent me a new one right away. I was blown away by the service I got after the purchase. I gotta say, I've never seen a company that cares about their customers as much as this one does. Thanks a lot for the exceptional customer service, it really meant a lot, eh?
Yoga pants and sports bra
I gotta admit, I was pretty ticked off when my delivery got all messed up. But I gave customer service a shout, and they totally came through. They got back to me super fast and fixed everything up. I really liked how they kept in touch and were so friendly. And on top of that, they threw in a discount code as a nice gesture. It’s not often you see companies going that extra mile.
My new clothes
Oh dude, I got these new clothes and they were amazing, but then there was a bit of a problem. I filled out this online form thing and sent in some pics to show what was up. They got back to me right on time, which was pretty awesome. They asked for a few more pics and then boom! They said they'd send me a replacement! I was totally caught off guard, but it's seriously the best. The communication was so good and I'm just really happy with how everything worked out. Thanks a bunch, thanks a bunch, thanks a bunch! xx
Birthday discount change
I had to switch my birthday discount to a different size of the same item, and Gemma S. was a huge help. She sorted it out for me right away, no problems at all! Most places give you a hard time when you need to change a discount code, but the customer service here was fantastic. Great job, guys!
Birthday code redemption
I recently contacted customer service about a birthday code I got from the company. Even though my birthday had already happened, I was hoping I could still use the code for a future purchase. The rep, Emma, was amazing - she quickly replied to my email in a friendly and helpful way. She let me use the code for the pants I wanted to buy, and I was really grateful for that.
Parcel delivery issue
I had a bit of a problem with getting my package delivered recently. But I gotta say, the customer service at the store was top-notch. Sultana and Louise were so quick to help me out, and they were super nice and friendly. They did a great job solving the issue and getting me a refund right away. Really happy with how everything turned out!
Activewear
I got some activewear from this store recently and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how great the quality and design is. The activewear looks good and feels great, perfect for my workouts. I've been a customer here before and always happy with the stuff they offer, and this purchase was no different.
faulty garment issue
I recently bought something from the store and ran into a problem with it. It was my first time having trouble with a product from there. But I gotta give a shoutout to the amazing customer service I got when they helped me out. The person I spoke with was super professional, got things sorted quickly, and really made what could've been a bummer situation into a good one. I'm really happy with how they handled it and for sure will be coming back to shop here again.
