I had such a terrible time with this app. The customer service was just awful. The staff were like a bunch of mean old guys, picking on me and treating me badly. I deleted this terrible app right away and I won't ever use it again.

The DAS Parka is seriously amazing! It's super light, blocks the wind, and keeps me so warm. The smooth outer material is perfect for repelling rain and snow, and the hood is big enough to cover my whole head. I'm really impressed with how technology was used to make such a great product. And the whole experience with the company was just as impressive as the parka itself. Ordering was easy, service was excellent, and the price was fair for the quality. Delivery was also quick. I'll definitely be buying from this awesome company again.

I recently bought a wig and I have to say, I'm super impressed with the quality and service. The wig I got was exactly like they said, made of super soft 100% human hair. It's clear that the company puts a lot of effort into making their stuff, because the wig looked and felt super fancy. As someone new to wearing wigs, the pre-styling feature really saved me a lot of time. I wear the wig every day and get so many compliments on how real and pretty it looks. I can definitely say it was money well spent.

I had a pretty bad experience at the store not too long ago. A friend asked me to buy a LEGO set for them using a promo code they had for a discount. But when I went to use the code, it got rejected because it wasn't in my name. It was super annoying and really put me off. Plus, the managers were also not very nice and didn't offer any help, which just made things worse. So in the end, I ended up buying the LEGO set somewhere else and saved a bunch of money in the process.

I just bought this iPhone unlock service, eh? But man, was I bummed to find out it doesn't work with my iPhone 11. They said it can unlock any iPhone, but that's not true. Getting my refund was a pain, but Ivy, the customer service rep, was pretty good about it. We ended up agreeing on a 60% refund. I don't think I'll be using their service again after this whole ordeal.

It sucks when companies charge your credit card and then take more than a week to even ship your order. I had to reach out to them for an update and they straight up ignored me at first. But after a second email, they finally canceled my order. Companies need to do better at keeping their customers in the loop to avoid these kind of messed up situations.

I gotta say, I'm seriously impressed with the anti-virus protection I got from Trend Micro. I tried out a bunch of other programs before finding this one, and man, it's a relief to finally have one that actually delivers on its promises. Unlike those other ones that bug you with endless pop-ups and emails begging for more cash to upgrade, Trend Micro just does its job without all the hassle. I love how easy it is to set up and use, and the fact that I can just install it and not have to think about it again is great. If I could give more than 5 stars, believe me, I would.
