Hey there! I usually don't leave reviews, but I just had to share my thoughts on Objekts. I had been admiring their jewelry for a while, not sure if I should take the plunge. Let me tell you, the pictures on their website don't even come close to showing how gorgeous the actual jewelry is. My ring has been getting tons of compliments for its sparkle and quality. The stuff I ordered is stuck in customs because the company gave the wrong value. They want me to pay a big fine and now I want my money back. I've sent a bunch of emails to customer service but no one has replied, and I'm feeling really frustrated and let down.

I've bought a bunch of rings and necklaces made of gold-plated sterling silver from this store. Oh my gosh, I got these rings and they're just so pretty! I always struggle to find rings that fit because my fingers are on the bigger side, but the size 9 ones I got online fit like a glove! I used a ring size chart I found on the internet and it was spot on. These rings are delicate and adorable, exactly my style. Whenever I wear them, I feel really special and like a total fashion icon 💁♀️
Ordered one thing, got a different thing
So yeah, I bought this thing online, right? And then when it arrived, it was completely wrong! It's like asking for a pepperoni pizza and getting cheese instead. And when I contacted customer service, they were just like, "oh it must have been damaged during shipping." No way, that's not how it works. And then they disappeared on me, no response at all. And when I requested a refund, still nothing! But they have time to send me junk emails about deals and PR videos. Like, seriously? 😂 So now I'm doing a credit card chargeback because they won't answer. It took them a whole week just to reply, and I had to bug them 4 times before they said anything. So yeah, overall, pretty terrible experience.

Both times I bought stuff from them, I got it real fast and the stuff looked as nice as it did in the pictures. So far, I haven't noticed any rusting. The only kinda bummer is that the clasps on the earrings and bracelet aren't super strong, so I gotta be extra careful not to lose them. But all in all, it was a good experience and I'd definitely buy from them again.

So I just got these beautiful stud earrings, one pair in platinum and the other in yellow gold. I couldn't believe how gorgeous and shiny they were when I opened the package.
