Returns & Refundstheir return policy mentions a £4.50 fee for UK returns, but my refund showed a £40.30 handling charge taken off. That came out of nowhere and it left me annoyed, like, misled. I’ve had returns with other shops that were clear, so this stung more. If they expect customers abroad to pay that, put it up front. I’m torn because the product is fine, but hidden fees sour the whole thing. Not the best experience, honestly.

Returns & RefundsThe stuff I ordered is stuck in customs because the company gave the wrong value. They want me to pay a big fine and now I want my money back. I've sent a bunch of emails to customer service but no one has replied, and I'm feeling really frustrated and let down.
