CommunicationSo yeah, I bought this thing online, right? And then when it arrived, it was completely wrong! It's like asking for a pepperoni pizza and getting cheese instead. And when I contacted customer service, they were just like, "oh it must have been damaged during shipping." No way, that's not how it works. And then they disappeared on me, no response at all. And when I requested a refund, still nothing! But they have time to send me junk emails about deals and PR videos. Like, seriously? 😂 So now I'm doing a credit card chargeback because they won't answer. It took them a whole week just to reply, and I had to bug them 4 times before they said anything. So yeah, overall, pretty terrible experience.
