Furniture purchase
I was so disappointed with the service I got when buying furniture from that store. They never even delivered my order, and when I tried to reach out for help, nobody ever got back to me. I never got my stuff, and to top it off, they didn't even try to give me a refund or make things right. It's just not right to treat customers like that, with no responsibility or care for how they feel.
My new necklace
OMG, I got this new necklace from here and it's seriously the coolest thing ever! The quality is top-notch and I just absolutely love how it looks on me. I've been wearing it every single day since I got it and I've received so many compliments. I'm really excited to get more stuff from here!

I got these really nice sparkly rings and they are amazing! Every time I order something, I'm always worried it won't look like the pictures, but these rings totally do. I picked out this beautiful Aurum ring and it's super shiny and fits just right. I even showed my Mom and she really liked it, so I got her one too.

Omg, eh! The silver flower bracelet I got from here is like super pretty, eh! It's so beautiful and special, eh. The best part is that it's not like fake cheap jewelry, it's totally worth the money and doesn't get all gross over time. It's legit amazing, eh!

The jewelry from this store is just gorgeous, eh! My friends have been noticing the rings I've been wearing and they keep saying how awesome they look. OMG, I just love the rings I got from here, they are seriously so pretty! The lady who helped me was super nice and the rings are like, bling bling on my fingers! They arrived really quickly and the best part is they didn't break the bank, definitely gonna be buying more!
Ring
Very disappointed with this company. I bought a ring in 2022 and one of the stones fell out. Initially very impressed with their customer service as their representative Robert Francis offered a free replacement (after sending photos showing the fault) immediately - explaining that they take quality control very seriously. He said that a replacement would be shipped within 1-3 days. However, after 3 weeks and no ring, I contacted them to ask where the replacement was, and was told that he had reviewed their T’s ... C’s and it had gone past the deadline for replacement. Nobody contacted me to explain this - I had to chase. Whilst I think that offering a replacement is a very decent think to do, it is not, when they fail to replace, or even email me to tell me that they won’t. The whole incident has taken a huge amount of time and stress whilst trying to resolve - which it hasn’t been. In the meantime, the ring has turned my finger black as the plating has worn off.

I just bought some jewelry from this place and honestly, it's amazing! I got a couple of rings and a tennis bracelet, and they still look as good as new. I've gotten so many compliments on them, it's crazy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in search of top-notch jewelry that stands the test of time.
