Incorrect order
So I had this really frustrating situation with this company I ordered from. I placed my order late at night and then realized the next morning that it was all wrong. I tried to cancel it using the button in the email they sent me, but it just kept taking me to their website. I reached out to their Technical Services and they said they'd try to cancel the order from their end, but nothing happened. And the cancel button on both my laptop and phone just wouldn't work either. Then, on top of all that, I had to ship the order back myself, which cost me like $15-20, and I didn't even get any kind of acknowledgement or compensation for their messed up system. And to make things even worse, the chat agent I talked to seemed totally overwhelmed, they couldn't keep up with the conversation and didn't really offer any helpful solutions. It was just a total disaster, honestly. I'd recommend going with companies that actually care about their customers and have better products and service.

Defective product issue
I had a bit of a problem with something I bought from this seller. I've been buying stuff from them for years with no issues, so I was pretty bummed when one of the items I ordered had a problem. But I have to say, their customer service team was awesome. I got in touch with them easily through text, and within an hour, they had sorted out the problem. They admitted that there was probably a mistake in manufacturing the product, and they let me choose between getting store credit or a replacement. And on top of that, they gave me some extra store credit as a sorry for the hassle. Their customer service totally blew me away - probably the best I've ever experienced.

As a customer who recently bought some electronics and accessories from Joybuy, I gotta say, it was a bit of a letdown.
