Leather wallet purchase
The leather wallet I bought was such a letdown. The price was way too high for what I got. It felt like I was paying for the idea of luxury, not the real deal. The leather was not great, didn't match what they said at all. The stitching was done poorly, and it just wasn't put together well. It definitely didn't live up to what they said it was. And to top it off, the shipping cost was ridiculous. The wallet wasn't even worth the shipping fee, let alone the crazy price. And when I tried to contact customer service about a return or refund, they were useless. They didn't follow their own policy, so now I'm stuck with a crappy wallet that I paid too much for.

Shrunken sweatshirt
I bought a sweatshirt and it totally shrunk after just one wash, even though I made sure to follow the washing instructions. It ended up being too small to wear, which was a real bummer. But when I got in touch with customer service, the lady I talked to, Anna, was super helpful and she got a new one sent out to me right away. I really liked how quickly she handled everything and it made me feel good about the brand again.

Misleading billing practices
Even though Solome was nice and took her time to help me out, I am really upset about how they handled the billing. They charged me right away instead of waiting for the hotel to bill me, which seems shady and confusing. Even though Solome tried to make things clear, I'm not happy with how this all turned out.

Incorrect order
So I had this really frustrating situation with this company I ordered from. I placed my order late at night and then realized the next morning that it was all wrong. I tried to cancel it using the button in the email they sent me, but it just kept taking me to their website. I reached out to their Technical Services and they said they'd try to cancel the order from their end, but nothing happened. And the cancel button on both my laptop and phone just wouldn't work either. Then, on top of all that, I had to ship the order back myself, which cost me like $15-20, and I didn't even get any kind of acknowledgement or compensation for their messed up system. And to make things even worse, the chat agent I talked to seemed totally overwhelmed, they couldn't keep up with the conversation and didn't really offer any helpful solutions. It was just a total disaster, honestly. I'd recommend going with companies that actually care about their customers and have better products and service.

I had a really bad time with the customer service at that jewelry company recently. I've been buying stuff from them for 8 years, dropping thousands of bucks on their products. I couldn't believe it when they blocked my account over a $17 balance from 2017 that I didn't even know about. The person I talked to wasn't helpful at all, and didn't care about my situation. They even said they'd take away my stretch pay privileges even if I paid the $17. I'm a responsible customer with good credit, so I felt like it was super rude and totally uncalled for. It's really tough to be treated like that after being a loyal customer for so long. I'm definitely not buying from them again.
