Faulty gaming system
So, I bought a gaming system from this company and it crapped out on me after only 5 days of use. I reached out to their tech support, and they sent me some DIY instructions to try and fix it. Didn't work though. They then offered to send me a new system or exchange my broken one. I went with the exchange and sent back my system as they told me to.
Computer Purchase
I got a new computer and it's working great, but dealing with their finance department was a total nightmare! They use this shady bank for credit and subscriptions, which messed up my credit score and charged me for things I never even signed up for. Be sure to look them up online before making a purchase!
Laptop purchase
I got this laptop and oh man, it's just awful. I definitely should've looked at it in person before purchasing it. The hinges are all loose, and it feels so cheap, like it's made of cardboard. The sound system keeps acting up, and seriously, who puts a speaker on the bottom of a laptop? Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this one, trust me.
Technical support refund delay
I've been waiting for my refund for tech support for a whole 3 months now and still nothing. I've called and emailed tons of times but no real info or progress on my refund. This kind of service is just not okay and has me feeling so frustrated and let down. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company at all.
Computer malfunction issues
I bought a computer from this company recently, but it never worked properly right from the start. The customer service reps weren't much help in fixing the issue, and they only tried to address it when the warranty period was over. I'm really let down by the lack of responsibility and professionalism shown by this company.
XPS 17 laptop purchase
I bought a laptop from the company for $3500 and I've been having a ton of problems with it. The color on the screen is off, it keeps turning on in my backpack, crashes a lot, the fan won't turn off when it's supposed to be asleep, and the screen goes black for long periods. The trackpad and keyboard also act up sometimes. A lot of other people have had heating issues with this model, and mine is overheating and having trouble with even simple tasks.
Laptop repair
So I had to take my laptop in for some repairs because water got into it and messed up the display a bit. It was still working, but the screen wasn't looking so great. Ended up forking over a whopping 560€ for the fix, plus another 40€ for shipping. Couldn't believe how expensive it was compared to what I paid for the laptop originally. And then to top it off, got an email 10 days later saying I forgot to confirm the repair, so it's been taking even longer to get my laptop back. I use my laptop a lot for work, so going without it for 3 weeks and counting has been super annoying. Definitely the worst customer service experience I've had.

I just bought a laptop and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality of the hardware. It just didn't measure up to what I was expecting and I thought it was pretty cheaply made. On top of that, I had a bunch of problems with how it performed, which was super annoying. All in all, I wouldn't suggest getting this product after my experience with it.
Desktop computer
So I bought a new desktop computer from this company and, gotta say, I'm running into some issues. It crashed a couple days after I got it while I was trying to install some software. I called tech support for help, but they couldn't figure out what was going on or how to fix it. Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the customer service I got from them. Compared to my last computer from a different brand, this service was seriously lacking. It was frustrating not being able to fix the problem and feeling stuck. Now I'm thinking about returning the computer, which is turning into more trouble than I expected.
Can't talk to a human
Why is it so tough to actually speak with someone here? The phone system is a pain and keeps transferring me to the wrong person. And when I finally do get through, they just don't understand me. I've been a customer for over 20 years, but things just aren't the way they used to be.
Alienware M16 laptop purchase
Dell really came through for me when my Alienware M16 laptop conked out on me the other day. Even though they didn't have the parts right here in Canada, they went all out to get things sorted out quickly. They arranged to ship the parts internationally and the technician had my laptop up and running in no time. I gotta say, I was super impressed with how smoothly and professionally they handled everything. Dealing with a situation like this for the first time, Dell went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their customer service totally surpassed my expectations.

It's really important to do your research before buying anything from this company. A lot of people have complained about getting low-quality products for way too much money from them. Many customers have had bad experiences with their customer service team - they don't seem to care much when there are issues with the products. The way this company does business is pretty questionable - they try to get out of giving refunds even when they're supposed to by law. You might want to think about looking at other brands that care more about making customers happy and doing business ethically.

My recent interaction with Dell's customer service was a huge letdown. It was really hard to talk to a real person unless I acted like I wanted to buy something. The extra fees I found out about later made me so mad. And the laptop they sent me seemed cheap and like it could break easily, making me think twice about getting another computer from them. Plus, the customer service guy, Praveen Kumar, was no help at all and didn't solve my problem.
Laptop purchase review
I recently bought a laptop from this store and have been having some tech issues with it. The laptop keeps getting too hot, which is a pain when I want to use it on the go. I always have to put it on a solid surface to stop it from overheating. And on top of that, it keeps freezing and showing me that dreaded "blue screen of death" more times than I care to remember. It's been super frustrating, especially since I know a lot about IT.
Alienware laptop purchase
So I splurged on an Alienware laptop, thinking it would be top-notch and stylish. But man, did I have a bad time with the company. The shipment was literally down the street from me when Dell was like, "Nah, cancel that." And they didn't even give me a heads up. Instead of double-checking with me, they just told the shipping company to send it back. I was so mad, I asked for a refund. It's been over a month and a half now, and I'm still waiting. The lack of communication and how they handle customer problems is just awful. It really sucks that such a big company can do so poorly with basic customer service.
Identity theft
So, like, someone went ahead and created a fake account using my name and then tried to order a laptop to some random address that isn't even mine. It's super frustrating 'cause I've been trying to get in touch with Dell to delete the account, but they're not getting back to me. I even reported the whole thing to identity theft .gov and sent it over to them, but still no response. It's been almost a month now and I haven't heard anything from them. Dell is being totally unprofessional and it's really disappointing.
Laptop Windows reinstallation
My experience with the tech support team at Dell was really disappointing. I had to call them when I realized my laptop needed Windows reinstalled. The person I talked to said they don't do data backup, so I had to do it myself. I didn't know that the recovery disk I made wouldn't back up my stuff. After 5 days, the tech person finally reinstalled Windows, but all my data was gone because I didn't have a backup. I know I made a mistake, but I think the tech should have checked my drives before deleting everything. As someone who's not great with tech, I trusted Dell to know what they were doing, but now I've lost all my important files. It was a really tough and upsetting experience that could have been avoided with better help.

Dell took so long to send me my laptop order and now they won't even give me my money back. Can you believe it? I can't understand how they can mess up refunding my money, it should be so easy! I'm so frustrated with them!
