Hiking boots purchase
I just got some hiking boots on sale from an online store. I went half a size up because I heard they fit small, but even then they were too tight. I reached out to customer service to swap them for a bigger size, but they told me the sale was final and no refunds. Really disappointed and definitely going to look for another place to shop.

Online order issue
So I made an online order for delivery, eh? But it didn't go so smooth, ya know? First off, I never got a confirmation email after I placed my order. As the delivery date got closer, I noticed that my order never showed up. And to top it all off, they took $120 from my account for an order that never came. I tried emailing the big shots, but got no reply. When I called to figure out what was going on, they said they had no record of my order, took my money, and said there was nothing they could do about it. Can you believe that, eh?

Unfortunately, eh, my recent purchase from the company arrived damaged due to shipping issues, ya know. As a loyal customer who has always had positive experiences with Merchoid, I was truly disappointed to receive my package in such a state, especially during the holiday season, eh. One of the items I had ordered, a teapot, was broken upon arrival due to the box being damaged, eh. Despite this unfortunate incident, I reached out to Merchoid's customer service team via email and provided them with photos of the damaged item, eh. I was pleasantly surprised by their quick and professional response to my issue, ya know. The customer service team assisted me promptly and effectively, which I greatly appreciated, eh. Overall, despite the setback, I must commend Merchoid for their excellent customer service and handling of the situation, eh. I would encourage others to give them a try, as my prior experiences with the company have always been positive, ya know. Order of Face Powder
I recently went online and ordered some Face Powder, but unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. They got one item right, but the other one was completely wrong. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they'd send me a replacement within a week. But it's been longer than that, and I still haven't received it--super disappointing. They also told me I'd get a refund in 2-5 days, but now they're saying it'll be more like 5-7 days. This wait has been incredibly frustrating, especially since it's been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order. This whole situation has really turned me off, and I'm not sure I want to buy from them again in the future.

HP Boost with GTS black racechip and mobile app for my 2016 BMW 228i
Eh, ya know, that GTS black racechip and mobile app really did the trick, eh? My car's speed and performance got a real boost after using 'em, no doubt aboot it. The acceleration and power overall improved quite a bit, eh. Installing it was pretty easy, gotta thank those instructions for that, and the app synced up real smooth with the racechip. Only downside was that there's a limit on the engine warranty for cars under 48k miles, they mentioned it on the website, but still a bit of a bummer, eh?

I received the sign, it looks amazing! However, we had some trouble trying to turn it on. We assumed that plugging it in would do the trick, but nope! It turns out there were no batteries included, and we didn't realize we needed them.

The dedicated server I bought was a total letdown. The SSD was so slow with its read/write speeds, the RAM was draggy, and there was no turbo option in the BIOS. The whole performance was honestly subpar and just didn't meet my expectations.
