Gift arrangement with molded strawberries and sour cheesecakes
I just ordered a gift arrangement for my wife on our anniversary, and I was really let down with the whole experience. The strawberries were all moldy, and the cheesecakes tasted tangy. To top it off, the delivery was a whole day late, even though my husband paid extra for speedy delivery. We tried calling customer service and left a message, but it took them three whole days to get back to us! Such a bummer.
Daughter's birthday arrangement
I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my daughter's birthday from this place recently, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. First off, trying to talk to a real person on the phone was a lost cause. I had to listen to the same annoying recording on repeat without any success in reaching someone who could help me out with the problem I was having. The arrangement was supposedly delivered, but my daughter never got it. I tried calling the corporate office in the hopes of getting some answers, but sadly, I was met with the same never-ending recording. It's so frustrating to feel like you're left hanging, with no one to listen to your concerns or offer a solution. The way they treat their customers is just so disappointing, it's really left me feeling completely unsatisfied with the whole thing. I'm still trying to get a refund for a product that was never even delivered.
Chocolate-covered fruit bouquet
I recently got myself a chocolate-covered fruit bouquet from this place and I gotta say, I was really happy with it. Ordering it was a breeze, no technical hiccups or anything, just smooth sailing. The website was super easy to use, I found what I wanted in a jiffy. The bouquet looked lovely, with fresh, tasty fruits under that top-notch chocolate coating. It was a hit with everyone who tried it. All in all, I had a fantastic experience and would totally suggest this place to others.

New Year's Edible Arrangement
This service is such a rip-off! I've ordered three times already, and every time they've sent me something totally different and way worse than what they showed online. Like, I ordered a New Year's edible arrangement and got stuck with an Easter one instead. Not to mention the fruit was all dry and old, not fresh at all. And the extra stuff they threw in, like mugs, toys, and cards? So cheap and not at all like what they advertised. I paid good money for this stuff, but what I got was definitely not worth it. Plus, the delivery times were all over the place, with stuff showing up on random days. I'm seriously unimpressed – this service is sketchy and so not worth your time, money, or energy. Skip it like you'd skip a lineup at Timmies.

I ordered a mixed fruit arrangement with chocolate-covered strawberries and cookies, but when it arrived, some items were missing. The chocolate strawberries and cookies were all mixed up and thrown around in the box. I emailed them twice about the missing items, but haven't heard back. It's frustrating to see such poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. It feels like they're getting away with it because most people probably don't check their orders closely.
Online order issue
So I made an online order for delivery, eh? But it didn't go so smooth, ya know? First off, I never got a confirmation email after I placed my order. As the delivery date got closer, I noticed that my order never showed up. And to top it all off, they took $120 from my account for an order that never came. I tried emailing the big shots, but got no reply. When I called to figure out what was going on, they said they had no record of my order, took my money, and said there was nothing they could do about it. Can you believe that, eh?

So, ya know, the girl at the store was really nice and put together this amazing birthday arrangement for my friend in Sandy Hook. The guy who dropped it off was also really cool. I've shopped at that place a few times now and every time has been great. I'll definitely be back and spreading the word to all my friends!
Edible Arrangements, misleading address, late delivery, stale fruit
I recently ordered from Edible Arrangements and I gotta say, I was super disappointed with how everything went down. The staff gave me a call to tell me that they couldn't deliver my order because they said the address I gave didn't match what they had. It totally caught me off guard 'cause I made sure to write down the right address for them. Because of their mix-up, our order didn't arrive like it was supposed to. And to top it off, when they did finally reschedule the delivery for two days later, they insisted that we had to be home during a specific time range. But they didn't even stick to that and instead left the arrangement on our doorstep way later in the day. And when we finally got the fruit, it was definitely not fresh at all. It looked like it had been sitting out for at least two days. Overall, dealing with Edible Arrangements was so frustrating and I won't be using their services again.
Strawberries with coffee and cream, disappointed
I recently ordered some strawberries with coffee and cream, but to my surprise, the next day I found out they were out of coffee. How does a store run out of coffee, especially when it's a popular item? It seems like a management issue to me. The lack of communication and organization was quite surprising. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't even suggest trying another store. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where I can count on better customer service, eh.
Valentine's Day fruit arrangement
I recently bought a Valentine's Day fruit arrangement and it was a total disappointment. I ordered it early but it arrived late, and the fruit tray wasn't good quality. It was missing some items and there was no explanation or apology for the mistake. I tried to reach out to customer service for help, but got nowhere. Fresh Fruit Bouquet
I just got a fresh fruit bouquet for a special occasion, but ran into a problem when I went to pick it up - my delivery got lost. I was pretty bummed, but luckily Jacob at the store was super helpful and understanding. He quickly arranged for another delivery and even tossed in some extra treats to make up for the inconvenience. Jacob really went out of his way to make sure I was happy, and his top-notch customer service didn't go unnoticed. I really appreciate his professionalism and commitment to making customers happy.

I recently bought something from this store and got the wrong thing. Not only was it the wrong item, but it was also lower quality than what I actually ordered. I've emailed the store multiple times asking them to fix their mistake, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's really disappointing to see such poor communication and customer service.

Fruit arrangement
I gotta say, I was really let down by the customer service at the place I was dealing with. I ordered a fruit arrangement and tried to get in touch with them for three days straight with no luck. Finally, on the third day, when I managed to reach someone, they were totally unprofessional and didn't seem too happy about the delivery. It definitely didn't leave me feeling great as a customer. On top of that, even though I clearly said I needed the delivery before 5pm, it showed up after that time and the person I was sending it to wasn't around anymore. Basically, my whole experience with this place was just frustrating and not what I was hoping for.
Easter fruit arrangement for daughter and son-in-law
I got an Easter fruit arrangement for my daughter and son-in-law, since it was their first Easter together as a married couple and my daughter's first Easter away from home. I was so upset when I got a notification saying that the arrangement was delivered, but it was nowhere to be seen. After talking to Megan, she said that the Uber driver probably took it for himself and they couldn't contact him. I was shocked by the lack of responsibility and that there was no way to make sure my order was delivered. To top it off, I later found out that the nuts I paid for weren't in the arrangement. I asked for compensation for this mix-up, but they said the manager, Jacob, wasn't available to deal with it right away. I'm still waiting for Jacob to get in touch and fix this whole thing.

My mom went and ordered me one of those edible arrangements for Valentine's Day, but guess what? It never showed up! She tried calling and emailing, but couldn't get through to anyone. I was so disappointed not to have that yummy treat to snack on.
Buy for 90th birthday
So I went ahead and ordered this fancy fruit basket for my grandma's 90th birthday, right? I was all pumped to give her this sweet surprise, but you won't believe it - when I asked her a few days later, she told me she never got it! So I ring up the store, and they're all like, "Oh well, she wasn't there." Like, seriously? Can't you make a second attempt or offer an apology at least? Nah, they didn't even bother. Plus, they already took my money in advance! Not cool, eh.
Expensive, bad fruit
I got this fancy fruit basket as a gift not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. It looked nice, but all the fruit in it was not even worth trying - what a waste! When I tried to talk to the store about it, they were no help at all and acted like they had no clue what bad fruit even is. Honestly, do yourself a favor and stick to getting flowers instead.
