Mixed fruit arrangement with chocolate-covered strawberries and cookies
I ordered a mixed fruit arrangement with chocolate-covered strawberries and cookies, but when it arrived, some items were missing. The chocolate strawberries and cookies were all mixed up and thrown around in the box. I emailed them twice about the missing items, but haven't heard back. It's frustrating to see such poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. It feels like they're getting away with it because most people probably don't check their orders closely.

Luxury watch purchase
This luxury watch is exactly what I was looking for - and then some. The design is absolutely stunning, and the skilled workmanship is truly unmatched. But, I have to say, the packaging it arrived in was a real letdown. The contents must have shifted during shipping because one side was all beat up and damaged. It's just too bad that the packaging didn't match the exceptional quality of the watch itself.
