Broken watch
So I ordered a cool watch online, but when it arrived, it was completely dead! They gave me two choices - either go get the battery changed at a nearby shop and they'll pay me back, or send the watch back for a refund. I attempted to change the battery, but it would end up costing me more than what they'd give back. So, I made the call to send it back and now I'm still waiting on my refund. It's frustrating that I lost some of my shipping money just like that. They really should've just sent me a new one!
Authentic and prompt service
I wasn't too sure about buying stuff online because of all the scams out there. But, I was really happy when I got my order from this store. It was legit and it came super quickly. The thing I bought was just like they said it would be and the quality was top-notch. But what really blew me away was how great the customer service was. They answered my questions right away and took care of a problem I had with my order really quickly and professionally. I had such a good experience that I'll definitely shop there again.
Mother's favorite shop
I was really sad when that shop closed down in the square. It was a spot that brought back some really special memories for me and my mom. She used a wheelchair, but the staff always made sure she could get around the shop easily, and that meant a lot to us. Last July, my mom passed away, and at first, it was hard for me to go back to the shop. But I've been back a few times now, and every visit just brings back all those good memories. I just want to wish the owners all the best for what's ahead.
New belt received
I just got my new belt and let me tell you, I am super impressed. The packaging was really nice, they even included a cloth bag for storage which was a great extra touch. The belt itself is top-notch, with a beautiful antique brown color that is just spot on. The craftsmanship is amazing, you can really tell it's handmade. I'm so pleased with my purchase and I'll definitely be telling others about it. Big shoutout to the maker for such an awesome product and thanks for the great service.
Swarovski jewelry purchase
As a first-time shopper on this website, I gotta say I was pretty impressed by the good prices and how quick the international shipping was. They even threw in some extra discounts to help with those pesky import fees and high shipping costs. The Swarovski jewelry I got? Man, it was way better than I thought, top-notch quality and craftsmanship. Oh my goodness, I can't believe how amazing my new watch is! I had my eye on it for a while and finally decided to buy it from this really cool place called Ashford. The watch came in a fancy box with all the papers, and it was brand new. It's so beautiful, I can't take my eyes off it! This luxury watch is exactly what I was looking for - and then some. The design is absolutely stunning, and the skilled workmanship is truly unmatched. But, I have to say, the packaging it arrived in was a real letdown. The contents must have shifted during shipping because one side was all beat up and damaged. It's just too bad that the packaging didn't match the exceptional quality of the watch itself.

Ay, so I picked up two Verace watches as Christmas presents, but turns out one was just way too big. I tried to send it back for a smaller size, but I missed the deadline 'cause my sister took her sweet time mailing it back to me. Kinda left a sour taste in my mouth, you know?
