Returns & RefundsSo I ordered a cool watch online, but when it arrived, it was completely dead! They gave me two choices - either go get the battery changed at a nearby shop and they'll pay me back, or send the watch back for a refund. I attempted to change the battery, but it would end up costing me more than what they'd give back. So, I made the call to send it back and now I'm still waiting on my refund. It's frustrating that I lost some of my shipping money just like that. They really should've just sent me a new one!

Returns & RefundsAy, so I picked up two Verace watches as Christmas presents, but turns out one was just way too big. I tried to send it back for a smaller size, but I missed the deadline 'cause my sister took her sweet time mailing it back to me. Kinda left a sour taste in my mouth, you know? Not too impressed with their return policy. Definitely gonna be looking elsewhere next time.
