I was pretty impressed with how efficient and effective the service was. The part came right on time, and I was able to fix my toilet without any trouble.     Dual zone fridge freezer

    This product was such a disappointment, eh. The Wifi feature doesn't work at all, so I can't even use the remote app. And to make matters worse, customer support was totally MIA despite my multiple attempts to reach out by email and Facebook. Save yourself the stress and go with a different brand, eh. I'll definitely be checking out Engle for my next camper purchase.

    Fantastic Vent Fan with remote

    I can't believe how poorly they handled my issue with my fan not working! I spent quite a bit of money on this product, only to be ignored when I needed help. It's really disappointing that a big company like yours would have such bad customer service. I tried so many times to get in touch, but it felt like my messages were going nowhere. Overall, not a great experience.

    Large equipment purchase

    I just bought a bunch of gear for my RV project and man, did I have a rough time with their customer service. I tried calling their helpline a bunch of times for help with my order, but every time I just got sent to a boring menu or was stuck waiting forever with no one picking up. It was super annoying and pretty disappointing. Ended up ditching them for another company and I'm really happy I did. The lack of help and support from those guys was not cool at all.

    Valve and burner for my old fridge

    So, eh, I was having some trouble with my old fridge, the valve and burner weren't working right. I didn't know what parts to get so I gave Dometic a call. This really nice guy, Doug, helped me out by finding the right parts all the way in Germany and sending them over speedy quick. I was really pleased with the service and the tips he gave me. Now my fridge is running just like new, eh!

    Refrigerator Lid

    I recently bought a lid for my fridge from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how things went down. The lid showed up all messed up, and when I tried to get a refund or a replacement, it felt like pulling teeth with this company. They seem to be doing everything they can to dodge owning up to their mistakes. Now I'm stuck with a busted lid and a fridge that's out of commission for who knows how long. Other companies like Anaconda were way more helpful and willing to find solutions, unlike these stubborn folks. The pros that checked out the lid even said the issue goes deeper than just the lid, but Dometic still won't budge. Dealing with a company that doesn't seem to care about keeping customers happy or delivering quality stuff is a major headache.

    Dometic 300 toilet

    The Dometic 300 toilet is a total disaster! It leaks sewage inside, making my RV smell awful. Customer Support doesn't seem to know about this common issue, even though everyone's talking about it online. RV companies use these toilets to save money, but the headache just isn't worth it. Do yourself a favor and go with a different brand.

    I recently bought a CF11 fridge, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed in the product and the customer service from this company. Just two months after the warranty ended, the fridge stopped working. I tried to contact Dometic multiple times through email, phone calls, and online chat, but no luck. It seems like they're either ignoring their customers or just not able to help. Their local service agents are also saying no to more warranty claims because they can't get in touch with Dometic and because Dometic isn't paying their bills. It's really frustrating to see a company not taking responsibility like this.

    My recent purchase from the company

    I recently bought something from this company for a specific spare part that I really needed. But turns out, the thing I needed wasn't easy to find because the product is kind of old. I reached out to a bunch of places, even the company, and they told me they don't make that part anymore. So now I'm stuck trying to decide if I should just get a whole new product or not. Seems kind of silly and a waste of money when you think about how much a simple part costs compared to a whole new thing.

    Portable refrigerator

    I recently bought a portable fridge from this company and man, let me tell you, it was a disaster. First off, trying to reach their customer service was a nightmare. I kept getting redirected in circles by their phone system, no matter what option I chose. Super frustrating and a huge waste of time. After reading other reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one dealing with this. It's obvious this company doesn't care about customer satisfaction and doesn't handle concerns properly. As customers, we have the power to make a difference by not supporting businesses like this in the future. Someone needs to look into their practices and make sure they're held accountable for their actions.

    Fridge for my RV

    So hey, I got a fridge for my RV, but it totally crapped out on me after only a week. I tried to get it fixed, but the company was all like, "Not our problem, buddy." Can you believe it?     Portable cooler purchase

    Eh, so I was all pumped up to buy this portable cooler, but man, was I let down by the customer service. The website said they'd get back to me in three days, but I waited a whole week and heard nothing. I even tried to ask my question a few times, but got no response. It was just a big ol' waste of my time, ya know?
