I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm always blown away by how good their CBD products are. I went to this place with my best friend for a birthday celebration and it was so much fun! We relaxed in a hot tub with salts overlooking the lake, explored the relaxation area, steam room, ice room, and sauna. We even received complimentary face masks and water! It was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable, I definitely suggest checking it out!

I grabbed this eyeshadow palette and lip gloss from that store. The colors were so nice, and they went on really nicely. I loved how the eyeshadow didn't crease and the lip gloss wasn't sticky. The packaging was super cute too, and I felt really cool using them.

It's really disappointing that a big company like yours would have such bad customer service. I tried so many times to get in touch, but it felt like my messages were going nowhere. Overall, not a great experience.

I was so disappointed with the packaging of the product. The box was way too big for the small item it contained. And then, it was saying it had six servings which was not true, just made it awkward if you wanted to gift it to someone. I bought a rechargeable toothbrush and after only two months, it stopped working on me. I tried to figure out the problem by taking the brush apart, but there was no battery that I could see in the handle. I wanted to try using my own AAA battery, but there were no clear instructions or videos on how to find and remove the battery. The website is really confusing and the whole user and customer experience couldn't get any worse. The Chatbot was a total flop. I was expecting better support, especially considering how much I paid for the rechargeable version. All in all, I won't be buying from them again. Good riddance.

I liked the quality of the dresses, but I was disappointed because they promised a Free Picnic Blanket for orders over $150.00, but I didn't receive it. Even though my order was over $150.00, they didn't explain how to get the gift. I emailed them after my purchase, but they said the promotion was only for full-price items and needed to be claimed before buying. This lack of transparency and misleading advertising made me unhappy with my shopping experience. Now I'm thinking twice about buying from this store again, since I could have easily found similar dresses for less money on other websites.
