    Two quip toothbrushes

    I bought two toothbrushes from this company. The first one wouldn't turn off, so I had to keep taking out the battery and putting it back in. I thought it was just a one-time thing, so I got the rechargeable one, but it had the same problem. I tried to leave a review on the website, but I couldn't because of the company's high rating system. Seems like they care more about their image than real feedback. Even though their toothbrushes look nice, I won't be buying anything from them again.

    Faulty Product, Poor Service

    My experience with the product and service provided by the company was really disappointing.     My experience with this company has been really frustrating because of their customer service. Every time I've had to deal with them, it's been super slow and only through email, which is just not okay in today's world. It's like they automatically don't trust their customers and make it so difficult just to get simple things done. For instance, when I asked for a $5 discount code to be replaced, they went and started looking into my original purchase for no reason, just to say no to my request. That made me go somewhere else to find a better deal because I was so fed up. Dealing with them sending me a broken brush motor and then wanting proof that it didn't work before they'd send a replacement just confirmed for me that this company isn't great. Their whole vibe of not trusting and being cheap isn't good at all, and they really need to step it up when it comes to customer service.

    This company's refill plan is such a mess! It's so frustrating trying to make any changes or cancel your account, you have to jump through so many hoops.     Re-fillable flosser purchase

    I bought the refillable flosser to try and cut down on my plastic use. But when I tried using it, I had a hard time getting the floss to grip properly to clean between my close teeth and small mouth. I tried different things to make it work, but no luck - the floss just wouldn't stay put. So I had to ditch the flosser after only a week of trying.

    I bought an electric toothbrush but it's not as good as I thought it would be. The brush head vibrates but the bristles don't move, so I'm not sure if it's doing a good job cleaning my teeth. My husband thinks it's fine for him, though. My main problem was the awful customer service - they were rude, gave me wrong info, and kept blaming me even when I had proof from emails to show they were wrong. Also, their website is hard to use, you can't change or cancel orders easily, so I had to keep calling their unhelpful customer service team.

    Dental floss purchase

    So I bought this dental floss that was pretty cheap, but man, it was low quality. The string kept breaking super easily. And to top it all off, the design with all these separate pieces for floss made it a pain to use. Not cool. Plus, there was a total lack of communication about my subscription order. I had no clue when it was gonna be processed, which left me all confused and annoyed. And when I tried to get some answers, the response I got didn't really help at all. So disappointing.

    Recent refill shipments

    I just got some refills from this company and had some issues with two out of the last three shipments not arriving. I'm grateful for the tracking info they gave me, but the USPS tracking numbers don't seem to be working right. It's frustrating to have problems with deliveries, especially when I've been happy with the product. Even though I like what they sell, I might start checking out other companies for dental stuff because of the shipping problems.

    So, at first, I was pretty stoked with the toothbrush and paste I scored from this company. The price was reasonable, especially for an electric brush that wasn't too fancy. The toothpaste was decent, but I wasn't a fan of the non-minty one. Then things took a turn. The refills were coming too frequently for my liking, so I had to switch it up to every 3 months. Plus, I use other products at night, so I wasn't using Quip all the time. But the real kicker was the emails. They would hit me up right after charging and shipping my order, so I couldn't change my mind last minute. Harry's blades do it better by giving customers a heads up before charging and shipping. It's all about giving us a say in the matter, you know?

    I bought a rechargeable toothbrush and after only two months, it stopped working on me. I tried to figure out the problem by taking the brush apart, but there was no battery that I could see in the handle. I wanted to try using my own AAA battery, but there were no clear instructions or videos on how to find and remove the battery. The website is really confusing and the whole user and customer experience couldn't get any worse. The Chatbot was a total flop. I was expecting better support, especially considering how much I paid for the rechargeable version. All in all, I won't be buying from them again. Good riddance.

    I just bought this new electronic toothbrush with a fancy timer to step up my teeth cleaning game. The timer makes sure I brush for the right amount of time - two minutes total, with quick breaks for every part of my mouth. The toothbrush is small but mighty, making my teeth feel fresh and clean, almost like I just left the dentist's office. But, sometimes it acts up and stops before it's done, which can get on my nerves. Still, it's doing a good job overall.
