So, like, my dental hygienist was all like "you need an electric toothbrush," and I was like, "okay, cool, I'll get one!" So, I did a bit of looking around and found this awesome toothbrush. So, at first, I was pretty stoked with the toothbrush and paste I scored from this company. The price was reasonable, especially for an electric brush that wasn't too fancy. The toothpaste was decent, but I wasn't a fan of the non-minty one. Then things took a turn. The refills were coming too frequently for my liking, so I had to switch it up to every 3 months. Plus, I use other products at night, so I wasn't using Quip all the time. But the real kicker was the emails. They would hit me up right after charging and shipping my order, so I couldn't change my mind last minute. Harry's blades do it better by giving customers a heads up before charging and shipping. It's all about giving us a say in the matter, you know?
