    Watch roll purchase

    I recently bought a watch roll from your company and chose Next Day Air (NDA) shipping for fast delivery. But I was disappointed when my order didn't get any updates on Monday afternoon. I emailed on Tuesday and found out it wouldn't arrive until 11/9, which wasn't in line with NDA shipping. I tried calling customer service but couldn't reach anyone, so I sent another email asking for clarification and saying I wanted to cancel and get a refund if it couldn't be shipped on time. The next thing I got was an invoice that seemed like an RMA, but I wasn't sure if my order was canceled and refunded or just delayed. I wasn't happy with the service from a company known for luxury products.

    Subscription renewal issue

    I signed up for a one-year membership with no automatic renewals, eh, but the company ended up charging me for a second year without asking, bud. I reached out to them right away, but they wouldn't give me my money back, eh. This website is totally sketchy and not worth the cash, eh. I'd steer clear of subscribing to it, for sure.

    I ordered something on May 1st and was expecting it within a week. It's now the 21st and still no sign of it. When I asked about my order, they said it was delayed. They offered a discount and promised it in 7 days, but it's still not here. I'm not happy with the lack of communication about the delivery. I think one star is fair. I won't be buying from them again.

    Toothbrush replacement heads

    My experience with this company has been really frustrating because of their customer service. Every time I've had to deal with them, it's been super slow and only through email, which is just not okay in today's world. It's like they automatically don't trust their customers and make it so difficult just to get simple things done. For instance, when I asked for a $5 discount code to be replaced, they went and started looking into my original purchase for no reason, just to say no to my request. That made me go somewhere else to find a better deal because I was so fed up. Dealing with them sending me a broken brush motor and then wanting proof that it didn't work before they'd send a replacement just confirmed for me that this company isn't great. Their whole vibe of not trusting and being cheap isn't good at all, and they really need to step it up when it comes to customer service.

    Wrong Color Table

    I just bought a table from this company, thinking it would be a natural color, but I got walnut instead. I even talked to their sales team before buying because the website pictures were wrong. But even after all that, I still got the wrong table. When I called customer service, they said it was just a color difference and wanted me to pay to send back the table if I wanted the right one. I feel kind of tricked and let down by this whole thing. I wish I had just paid a bit more to buy from a place like Wayfair that I know is more reliable.

    I really liked how classy the high heels looked when I first bought them, but man, was I let down by the quality after wearing them for just a bit! They cost me a pretty penny, but the heel and sole were already showing some serious wear and tear. Made me wonder if they were gonna last. When I tried to return them to the store, they said they couldn't take 'em back since they had been worn, which I get, but it was frustrating considering how beat up they were after just one wear.     Driver update software

    I just downloaded and installed this driver update software, thinking it would help me find some new drivers for my laptop. So, I went through this health check on their site, and it found a bunch of old drivers that needed updating. But here’s the thing – the "Free" version was supposed to give me access to 4 things, like driver downloads, right? Turns out, that was only a tease to get me to buy the fancy "Premium" version. Also, it bugged me that I couldn’t find any contact info for the company, like where they're based or a phone number. And get this – while installing, the software messed with a security update for Windows, which was not cool and caused me some extra trouble. All in all, my time with this software and company has left me feeling pretty doubtful and suspicious about whether they're on the up and up.

    Staycation booking

    I had a really good time booking a staycation through this service and the location was awesome, but I have to say the customer service was slow and not helpful. I booked a reservation for the next day but accidentally picked the wrong seating. I wanted to change my seating by using the credit from my original purchase, but ResortPass wouldn't give me a refund and left the reservation empty. Their customer service chat wasn't working, and even though they used to reply to my emails within 12 hours, now they've stopped responding.

    I got 2 dresses and they were so comfy and cute, eh! But, one didn't fit me right so I had to send it back, ya know. They made it super easy to return it, eh. I just printed a label and dropped it off at Mail It. Two days later, I got a credit on my credit card, eh! They don't mess around like other companies, they issue that credit as soon as it gets scanned at the USPS. I'm totally impressed, eh, and I'll for sure be getting more stuff from them.

    All in all, I have to say my experience with investing in Aker was kind of a mixed bag. They've got a lot of different stuff going on and seem big on trying out new things and being eco-friendly, which is cool. But there were times when I felt like they could've been better at keeping me in the loop and being upfront with me. The service was alright, but I would've liked more details on how my investment works and what I could expect to get out of it. The prices were OK, but they could've been more competitive compared to other options out there. On the bright side, they did a good job of keeping me updated on how my investments were doing, which I liked.

    I gotta say, even though the products they sell are top-notch, the customer service at this store is seriously lacking. It feels like no real people are actually dealing with customer questions, 'cause it takes forever to even hear back. And when they do reply, they make you go through your info all over again. It's super frustrating and feels like they're not respecting us customers who just need help with what we've bought.
