    Text messaging campaign

    OMG, so, like, I was using this text messaging thing for my really cool campaigns, and everything was going well for a while. But then, out of nowhere, they started taking my money! Can you believe it? I paid for campaigns and they claimed they sent them out, but no one received the texts! Like, not a single person! And their customer service is basically non-existent - they say they'll call back but never do. It's such a huge scam! So not cool!

    Initial purchase experience

    My first impression was not great at all. I had to buy credits before I could even start using the service, which just made everything more complicated. When I tried to activate my number, I got a confusing error message. It told me to go to a support link, but I couldn't even click on it. The message disappeared before I could even copy it, which left me feeling frustrated and lost. This whole experience made me doubt the reliability and professionalism of the company, so I decided not to use their services at all.

    Service price increase

    I've been using this service provider for a while now and overall, I've been pretty happy with it. But things took a turn when I found out they were jacking up the price for a service that used to be included in the package. I was totally caught off guard and kind of upset by how sudden and sneaky this price hike was. I mean, I believe in honesty and fairness, so I can't help but wonder why they're making such a big change all of a sudden.

    I really love the customer service with this texting program. They are fast and the staff is super friendly and helpful, which always makes my experience great. The program itself is amazing - lots of features, easy to use, and flexible. It has totally changed how I talk to my clients and coworkers.     I'm feeling really let down by this company's service. For weeks, I've been having trouble with SMS messages not getting to my customers. I've tried reaching out for help, but so far, nothing has been fixed. I even talked to my phone provider, AT&T, and they said they didn't get any SMS messages from TextMagic. It's frustrating to pay for a service that's not working right and not getting any help or answers from the company.

    I asked to cancel my service because I misunderstood how the monthly payments worked. I was happy with how easily the company handled the cancellation.     Bulk SMS service for company newsletters

    I've had a pretty good experience using this service to send out newsletters to our team. It's easy to use and lets us message everyone all at once without sharing their contact info. But I've run into some problems uploading files, even when they're small. Luckily, the customer support team has always been quick to help me out. I like that I can even text them for help. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this service for sending bulk SMS messages.
