Subscription box purchase
I was a big fan of this subscription service in the past, but things have gone downhill. The website is a mess and it's not clear how the subscription actually works. I thought I'd be getting a monthly box of goodies hand-picked for me, but instead, I have to pick out my own stuff every time and use these Maven points that no one bothers to explain properly. I got a curated box as a gift and was super pumped about it, but everything inside was broken because of lousy packaging. I tried reaching out to customer service twice for help but got crickets in return. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this subscription service to anyone when there are better options out there.

There were so many lovely flowers to choose from, and they were all at a good price. I've used this service in the past and received a lot of compliments on the flower arrangements. It's really easy to find a flower shop in the delivery area, which is awesome.

Platform and training structure
I really liked the platform and the way they set up the training in this program. But I gotta say, I was kinda let down by the content they gave us. It just didn't measure up to a real MBA, you know? I mean, it's great that they're offering something different from the usual education, but it felt like they were too focused on start-ups, tech, and platform companies. I was really hoping to see some examples from big industry players like Bilfinger, Volkswagen, and Continental, but they were missing. I hope they can step up their game in this area in the future.

I had such a good experience with the customer service team at this company. Mirna was super helpful and dealt with all my questions in a professional and honest way. I liked that they gave me a few different ways to solve any problems that came up after I bought something. The way they handle customer service and after sales issues really made me trust them more. I would definitely use their services again without any doubts.

I had such a great time shopping at that awesome store! They did a great job keeping me in the loop about when my stuff would be coming, and let me tell you, the jacket I bought was fantastic! Carbon Saddle Purchase
I just bought a carbon saddle from this online shop, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. Turns out they were charging more than the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for the saddle. I did some digging and found that the saddle was going for $479.99 on the manufacturer's website, but over at Competitive Cyclist, they were selling it for $529.99. They didn't even bother explaining the price difference, which left me feeling kinda cheated as a customer. Plus, I learned that their price matching policy has some annoying restrictions that just make it not worth the hassle. Overall, I definitely won't be shopping at Competitive Cyclist again because of their dodgy pricing tactics.

Lumbar support cushion
I bought a lumbar support cushion from this store not long ago, thinking it would help my back pain when I'm stuck sitting at work all day. But man, was I disappointed. The cushion didn't do squat for me and my back was still killing me. So, I tried to return it, but the person on the phone put up a fight. They wouldn't pay for the return, even though the cushion was useless. And get this - they were secretly taking money from my account every week! It's not cool at all and has totally soured my experience with them.
