I had to give them a ring twice and both times they were super friendly and answered all my questions. To top it all off, my order got here right on time for the party, even though we picked the cheapest shipping option. I'm so grateful to them for saving my party!

I recently bought a set of sheets that were 70% bamboo and 30% linen, and I have to say I was disappointed. I had bought sheets made entirely of bamboo from this company before, and I loved them. However, these sheets were rougher and fell short of my expectations. What made it worse was that I didn't know they were a final sale until I tried to return them. Well, you live, and you learn, I guess. I've decided to donate them in case someone else might like them more.

And get this, they charged me for a night stay and this crazy high tax recovery fee. After doing some digging, I found out they're based in Columbia and basically just scamming people. As someone who handles stuff for a big company, I'm gonna be sending out an email tomorrow warning everyone to be careful and not use that site for booking.

I bought a VPN subscription as a customer, and I was pretty disappointed with the service overall. I wanted to use it for iplayer, but turns out the VPN didn't support that at all. It was one of the main reasons I signed up in the first place, so that was a big letdown.
