    I just ordered some music instrument accessories from this one place, and I gotta say, the products were alright. But, let me tell you, the whole thing after buying them has been so frustrating. Right after I placed my order, I started getting bombarded with tons of annoying ads through email from them. No matter how many times I hit unsubscribe or tried to adjust my notification settings, I'm still constantly getting flooded with emails every single day. It's super annoying and honestly makes me think twice about ordering from them in the future.

    Digital piano purchase

    I bought a digital piano from this company not long ago, but it arrived broken. When I called customer service, they said I could send back the heavy 200-pound piano, but the return process sounds like a big hassle. Even though the customer service is quick to respond, they don't have replacement parts until February, so I'm basically stuck with a piano I can't even play for the next 4 months.

    I ordered a musical instrument from this place and it was a total nightmare. Their tracking number was no good at all - couldn't even track my order properly. When I tried to email them, they never even bothered to reply. It felt like they just took my money and forgot about me. And when the harmonica finally arrived, their website didn't even update to show it was delivered. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Yeah, their prices might be a bit lower, but it's not worth all the trouble. I'm done shopping here, never again.

    Acoustic guitar purchase

    I just bought an acoustic guitar from that store and it was a great experience. Everything went smoothly, from ordering to delivery. The price was fair and I got my guitar on time. The staff was really helpful, and I was happy they shipped it for free. I didn't expect them to set it up for me, though, as I usually have my own luthier do that. Jay R and Brad were super friendly and made the whole thing really enjoyable. I would definitely go back to that store again.

    I bought some trick drum pedals from a store back in November, and they said I'd get them in December. They told me they were shipped at the end of December and would arrive in 24 hours. I called today and found out they lied about the pedals being on back order because Trick Pedals said they already sent them out. Looks like I'll be going to Sweetwater instead.

    I bought a pack of saxophone reeds from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the service I got. I tried a bunch of times to get off their email list, but I keep getting promotions and updates that I never even asked for. It's pretty annoying when they can't even handle a simple request like that, you know? It makes me wonder how good they really are at their job.     I bought a euphonium from this website not long ago and I ran into a problem with one of the valves being super sticky, so I couldn't even play it. When I reached out to customer service, they told me they only sell the instruments and couldn't help me with any issues. They recommended I take it to a repair shop. On top of that, I found out that if I wanted to return the faulty euphonium, I'd have to cover the shipping costs within a 30-day time limit. All in all, dealing with this online store has been nothing but annoying and inconvenient.

    My time with this store has been really disappointing, eh. I ordered trumpet mutes that were supposed to be 'in-stock', but lo and behold, two weeks later I get an email saying they're actually not in stock. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but all I got back were these generic emails with no real help. It's been over two months now and I still haven't gotten my product, which is putting a real damper on things with school performances coming up, eh.

    I don't know how I ended up buying from this company. They keep sending me so many emails, it's like they won't leave me alone! I tried to unsubscribe but couldn't figure it out. I contacted their customer service, but all I got was excuses about their unsubscribe server not working. The agent said they would take me off the list, but surprise, surprise, I'm still getting their emails. I'll wait a bit longer to see if they finally do what they promised and remove me from their list.

    I just got my kid a student trumpet and some supplies from this store for their middle school band. The trumpet showed up in top shape and my child is having a blast playing it. It's just right for a beginner like them and the sound is awesome. Ordering online was easy peasy and the delivery was quicker than expected. With a lot of local music stores closing up shop, I'm happy to have found a solid online option for buying music gear. I'll definitely be coming back to this store for more stuff in the future.
