I recently bought a skincare set, but then I realized I didn't actually need it and wanted to return it. However, trying to get in touch with customer service was a total nightmare. I left voicemails, sent emails, and even tried to chat with them, but got no response. Dealing with their unresponsive customer service team was really frustrating.

I can't believe how quickly my order came all the way from overseas to Ontario, Canada! And get this, it even had customs clearance included - so cool! Faulty product, terrible customer service
The stuff I got from this company is pretty lousy, especially those jugs which started leaking and making weird noises after barely any use. I tried talking to customer service about it, but they were no help at all - just gave me a hard time. Even though I spent a lot of money on a bunch of their stuff, they wouldn't stick to their warranty or fix the issue. Dealing with this company has been super annoying, and I'd warn others to think twice before buying from them.
