Regus is amazing! The staff at every location are really friendly and always ready to help. I appreciate the free tea and the nice desks. Oh, and the private call rooms at some locations are a game-changer! So convenient!

The shared office space here was really awesome, the facility was great and the community manager, Adam, was super helpful and friendly. But, my experience got messed up because they charged me twice by mistake. Even after they said they'd look into it, I never heard back from them. It was pretty disappointing that the accounting and billing department didn't follow through or communicate properly. Made the whole experience kinda negative, you know?

The workspace here is so great for getting work done. The partitions really help me stay on track and avoid getting distracted. I felt really chill while working, which made me able to concentrate better. I really like how they set up and designed the space.

As a customer at the office center, I gotta say, I'm really impressed by how big and up-to-date it is. It's in a great spot too, with a subway station right by the building. The staff, from the people in the office to the support team, are super friendly and always there to help with anything you need. I definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a good workspace.

Don't bother wasting your time and money at this place! The team doesn't communicate, customer support is terrible, and the sales manager conveniently leaves out important details about their terms and conditions. Invoices are unclear, and good luck getting any problems fixed because the staff doesn't care. On top of that, there's no parking on site, and they even charge for coffee! And good luck getting someone to answer the phone when you call for help. Definitely the worst coworking space I've ever been to.

I just booked a meeting room at one of your spots, and I gotta say, it was pretty decent overall. I really liked the modern and stylish vibe in the room, and having a kitchen area was a nice touch. But, I do have a couple of suggestions for ya. The meeting room was nice with its decor, but I think switching up the carpets for some parquet flooring would give it a more up-to-date feel. Carpets can sometimes make things feel a bit blah and not so great for productivity. Also, some fresh air circulation in the room would really make a big difference for everyone's experience.

So yeah, the folks at the front desk were really friendly and helpful, eh. But the app wouldn't let me enter the location, which was in West Covina, California, ya know. So that was kinda frustrating, eh. Maybe they should look into fixing that part, ya know.

I just rented out this office space at a certain spot and man, was I let down by the lack of landline phone services. In the business game these days, lots of small businesses still need those traditional phones, you know? It was a must-have for my office. But even though I paid extra for a spot with a landline, it never got connected. I tried setting it up on my own, but there was zero tech support. I've got a bunch of emails showing the whole back and forth - promises and apologies for something that never happened.

I've been sending emails left, right, and center, but haven't gotten a single response. The accounting team made all these promises, but they haven't followed through at all. It's pretty obvious they don't care about fixing the problem; all they want is to keep my money.

Even though I had a credit on my account, I got charged too much for my office space rent in the middle of the month instead of at the end like I thought. They told me I wouldn't get a refund, but the credits would come off my July bill, which I now have to pay in the middle of June. It was super frustrating because I had planned for the end-of-month payment.
