Motorcycle gear purchase
Nice work! Some reviews aren't so hot, but I managed to save some cash even with import fees. Everything fits pretty good, although the helmet is a bit snug right now but should loosen up with wear. The boots are a bit stiff at first, but they'll get more comfortable after a few weeks. The goggles go perfectly with the helmet, and the summer gloves are fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here!

Eyeshadow palette
My recent purchase of the eyeshadow palette was quite the journey! I was all hyped up when I placed the order, but then got all worked up when I messed up the shipping method. Thankfully, the customer service team totally saved the day! They swiftly sorted out my mix-up, cancelled the wrong order, and rushed out the right one in no time. And they did it all with such a nice and efficient attitude. I can't thank them enough for their quick help and commitment to fixing my problem.

Unfulfilled order
I bought some stuff online but it never showed up. Instead of getting my money back, they sent me two vouchers worth the same amount. Problem is, I can't use them coz I can't get in touch with the website anymore. I tried to reach out for help but all I got was a robot reply. Now I'm out 38.95€ and can't get it back.
