Backpack purchase
The backpack I got online looked pretty good, but geez, it took forever to arrive. It was like watching a snail crawl to my door. And to make it worse, there wasn't even a phone number to call and check on my order. And when I finally emailed them, it took them a whole 2 days just to reply. Slow as molasses, I tell ya. And on top of all that, I bought the backpack, and then bam, 5 days later it's on sale. I asked if they could hook me up with the sale price, but no dice. Greedy much?
Backpack purchase
I just bought a backpack from this store and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The bag is top-notch quality and the customer service was amazing. Even with the holiday rush, my order arrived in less than a week with no shipping problems or surprise charges. I will definitely be coming back for more gear and their reliable service.
Way cool backpack, like so awesome!
So, yeah, there was this one time I got this really awesome backpack from this store. It's just so cool and I've bought stuff from there multiple times already. I've also gotten some pouches and everything is just amazing. The quality and design are top-notch, seriously. The customer service is really good, they always help me out when I need it. Shipping could be a bit faster, but it's not a big deal because everything always arrives in great condition. I really love this store, it's the best!
Multiple ALPAKA products
I've bought a bunch of stuff from this company and for the most part, I'm happy with the quality. But there are a couple things I would tweak about a few of the items. The main downside for me is that it takes forever for my order to get to me. Like, I have to wait at least a week for them to even ship it out, which is super annoying. Other places I've shopped at can get my stuff to me in a week tops, so I don't get why this company takes so long. Still, I do like the stuff I get. I just wish they had more hook and loop parts in some of their products, and more patches and stickers for sale. Those are great for getting the word out about their brand, so it would be smart for them to offer more of those.
Laptop backpack
The product is great, it's really sturdy and does everything I need it to. But man, those extra charges when it arrived... totally caught me off guard and made the bag way pricier than I thought. I picked this bag because I thought it was shipping from within the EU to avoid those costs, so now I feel kinda deceived. Overall, just wasn't thrilled with the whole situation.
Two cool things!
Hey, I recently got two things and man, they're super cool! They might be simple, but they're exactly what I was looking for and I'm stoked about them. It did take a little longer for them to get here, probably because they came from another country (I'm up here in Canada), but they did give me a heads up about that when I bought them and the tracking was spot on. Overall, the whole shopping experience was awesome and I'd totally recommend it to my friends too.
Fast delivery purchase
I was pretty bummed when I got hit with a surprise customs and duty tax fee from the delivery service when my package arrived. It sucked having to pay extra on top of what I already spent, and it was a hassle to deal with right then and there. And finding out the products came from another country just made it even more disappointing. All in all, it was a pretty negative and disheartening experience.
Bought stuff twice
I ended up ordering from them twice. The items were just alright, not amazing but not terrible either. The second time I ordered, my package got lost. Luckily, they sent me a replacement and it did eventually arrive. They even included a coupon as an apology for the delay.
Recently purchased a product
Eh, so I gotta tell ya about my recent order from that online store, eh? It wasn't the best, to be honest. The thing I bought took forever to show up 'cause it was shipped from who knows where. And then, to top it off, I had to send it back 'cause it didn't fit right. But let me tell ya, the return process was a total pain in the butt and I had to pay for tracked shipping all the way to some other country, eh. Overall, I was left feeling pretty annoyed and unimpressed, you know? The product itself was decent quality, but I felt like it was a bit too pricey compared to similar stuff out there. Between the slow delivery and the tough return policy, I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from them again, eh.
Briefcase purchase
As someone who bought a briefcase not long ago, I gotta say, my experience was pretty disappointing. The quality was not up to par - stitching started to come loose after only a few weeks. And when I reached out to customer service for help, they were no help at all. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone wanting a solid and long-lasting briefcase.
Some stuff I bought
I got some stuff from this store and one of the items had a broken strap. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help at all! They had to get some kind of approval because it wasn't their area, and then they promised to provide tracking info. But guess what? Four days have passed and still no update! I am so frustrated, I won't be shopping there again. If a company is good, I usually don't leave reviews, but if they are bad, I think it's important to warn others. Thanks for wasting my time, you know who you are!
Backpack
I gotta tell ya, the whole experience with buying a backpack from this company was a total disaster from beginning to end. Everything was just so confusing, and I ended up shelling out extra cash for faster shipping, only to get my package weeks later. And to top it off, I got hit with unexpected customs fees that I wasn't told about beforehand. The customer service was basically non-existent, with crazy long wait times for any kind of help. And then the delivery company they went with, DHL, lost my package and I had to run around trying to find it. Overall, the product I got was such a letdown, I'd give it a 3 out of 10. Honestly, do yourself a favor and stick with a more reliable brand like 5.11 or Maxpedition for all your bag needs.
Sleek and compact bag
My order came super quick, even sooner than I expected. The bag was a tad smaller than I thought, so my phone had to squeeze in a bit, but it still does the job just fine.
Return issues
Oh my goodness, I'm seriously ticked off! I purchased this item but had to return it because it wasn't what I was looking for. The worst part is they hit me with two "handling fees" for the return, so now I'm getting way less money back than what I initially paid. It's totally unfair! I only received $15.76 out of the $25 I originally spent. I'm really unhappy about this whole situation, I feel like they totally scammed me. Ugh!
Metro sling
The Metro sling is just fantastic, eh! It did take a bit to get to me, but that's all good, it was coming from way out there, you know? The tracking service was awesome, kept me in the loop about where my Metro sling was at all times. Finally getting it was a real thrill because it was exactly what I needed. Stylish, practical, and super comfy to wear, couldn't be happier with my purchase, eh!
Premium product, great value
The product I bought was really top quality, solidly made, and gave me great bang for my buck. The whole process was smooth sailing from beginning to end. When I had a little problem with my order, customer service was quick to help me out. I definitely suggest going for the shipping insurance just in case. The delivery was super fast, with my item arriving within a week of me placing the order. All in all, I've gotten some nice comments about my purchase and I couldn't be happier.
Lost order, no refund or reship
I was so bummed out about my experience at that store. I ordered something but it went missing in the mail. When I reached out to customer service for some help, they straight up said they couldn't resend my order or give me a refund. Their reason? The order wasn't insured, so they were out of luck. Seriously? What kind of service is that? I felt totally ripped off and left with nothing.
Backpack
This company is just the worst to deal with, eh? I thought I was being smart by using my real email, but now I'm drowning in spam that I can't get rid of. I've tried everything to make it stop, but no luck. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it's like talking to a brick wall. Can you believe they actually said sorry for spamming me? Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely avoid this sketchy bunch of scammers, eh.
