I wouldn't recommend dealing with that company at all. Their customer service is just terrible, and they don't seem to care about getting orders out on time. I placed an order weeks ago and I still haven't received it. When I called to ask about it, the person on the phone was so rude and didn't offer any help. I'm definitely not going to use their services again.

I just bought three pairs of jeans online and I gotta say, I was so impressed with how quickly they came. My stuff got here right on schedule with no problems. I'm one happy customer and I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.

I gotta tell ya, the whole experience with buying a backpack from this company was a total disaster from beginning to end. Everything was just so confusing, and I ended up shelling out extra cash for faster shipping, only to get my package weeks later. And to top it off, I got hit with unexpected customs fees that I wasn't told about beforehand. The customer service was basically non-existent, with crazy long wait times for any kind of help. And then the delivery company they went with, DHL, lost my package and I had to run around trying to find it. Overall, the product I got was such a letdown, I'd give it a 3 out of 10. Honestly, do yourself a favor and stick with a more reliable brand like 5.11 or Maxpedition for all your bag needs.

I just picked up these new sneakers, and let me tell you, they are not what I was hoping for! I've only had them for about two weeks, and the sole is already starting to come loose, plus the laces are falling apart. I can't believe it happened so quickly, it's like they were designed to fall apart!
