    Overpriced customs fees

    I recently bought something from this store and was really surprised when I found out I had to pay an extra 125€ in customs fees for my order to come to France. On top of that, the sizes of the items were wrong which made me want to send them back. But when I tried to return them, they told me I would have to pay another 125€ in customs fees just to send them back. It was a frustrating and expensive situation. And to make things worse, the customer service team was not helpful at all and wouldn't give me any compensation or solution. I would definitely recommend avoiding ordering from this store.

    The customer service at this store is just awful. I ordered over $500 worth of stuff and got someone else's order instead. It took them ages to reply when I emailed them about it. They wanted photos of the wrong items, so I sent them right away. But then they didn't get back to me. I had to keep emailing them before they finally responded after 2 days. They told me to print a label and talk to DHL to send the items back.

    Stolen jeans, no help

    So, eh, I bought these jeans, eh? And they never showed up! I tried contacting them and everything, but they keep saying it was delivered. Like, hello? I never got them! And then they tried blaming my shipping address, like what?! I know I gave the right address! It's so annoying, eh? And now they won't even give me a refund or send me new jeans. Talk about the worst customer service ever, eh?

    What a rip-off! I just bought something and got slammed with crazy customs fees and duties when it was delivered. Ksubi didn't mention anything about that when I was buying online. I feel totally ripped off and tricked as a customer.

    Just got these jeans and I'm already regretting it. They ripped from the crotch after only two wears, and when I asked for a replacement within 30 days, they said no dice. Total waste of money, even at half off.

    Denim purchase for casual wear.

    I went to the store and found some really nice denim pieces for my everyday outfits. The staff were so friendly and helpful, but not pushy at all. The person who helped me really knew their stuff and took the time to answer all my questions. It was a great shopping trip overall!

    I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the customer service I got when I bought something online recently. I asked to exchange for a different size, but they ended up sending me the wrong item instead of just giving me the size I needed. It was a total waste of time for me and for them. It's just crazy to me that they'd spend more money on shipping the wrong thing back and forth instead of just making it simple and sending the right size. I wouldn't suggest buying from their website, you can find their stuff for better prices in boutiques.

    I was so bummed about my new black jeans. At first, they seemed like really good quality. But after only six months, I noticed two spots by the zipper where they had started to fray. I had paid a lot for them, so this was a major letdown. I really liked how they looked and fit, but the low quality has left me feeling pretty annoyed and wishing I hadn't bought them.

    I just made an online purchase and it turns out the products weren't actually shipping from a local company like I assumed. There wasn't much info on where the products were coming from, so I ended up getting hit with unexpected import duties and taxes from the shipping company, mainly DHL.     I can't believe how bold this brand is. They don't even mention the crazy duty charges when you're about to pay, and then they just expect us to pay up without a heads up.     I recently bought a $200 gift card from the website, but it's been almost ten days and I still haven't got it.
