Easy to navigate, nutrition
I just bought something from this website and I gotta say, it was super easy to find what I was looking for. The nutrition info they had listed for each product really helped me figure out what to get. My order showed up on time, which was awesome, and even though I haven't tried it yet, I'm pretty sure it's gonna be good based on all the details they gave me online.

Incorrect order received
The customer service at this store is just awful. I ordered over $500 worth of stuff and got someone else's order instead. It took them ages to reply when I emailed them about it. They wanted photos of the wrong items, so I sent them right away. But then they didn't get back to me. I had to keep emailing them before they finally responded after 2 days. They told me to print a label and talk to DHL to send the items back.

7 items, 2 oversold
My experience ordering from this store was super frustrating. I ordered 7 items, but then got emails telling me 2 of them were oversold and I wouldn't get them. I did get a refund, but it still left a bad taste. I've been shopping online for years and never had this issue. I wouldn't recommend buying from their website since there's no guarantee you'll actually get what you order.

Terrible experience at a resort
Just got back from a terrible trip to a resort. My partner and I were there the whole time, only eating at the on-site restaurants and following all the rules. Still, I ended up getting super sick with E. Coli and had to leave early to go to the hospital. It was a huge expense and totally messed up our trip. We tried to get our money back, but they wouldn't give it to us no matter how many times we asked. So now we're bringing in the legal team. Save your cash and stay away from this place.
