Hotel stay at a certain establishment
My recent stay at a hotel was quite disappointing. The staff seemed really rude and unfriendly, and they didn't seem to know how to help customers properly. On top of that, the room they gave me was really small and the balcony only had one chair. When I asked for another chair, it took forever and multiple phone calls before they finally brought one. And to make things worse, I ended up paying more for the room than the special deals they advertised. All in all, it was a letdown and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
Ignored for Too Long
I've been a loyal member for a while now, but I'm really getting frustrated with the lack of response to my emails about my account issue. It's just not right to pay good money for a membership and then not get any help when problems come up. The fact that this company isn't communicating or providing support is really disappointing, and it makes me feel like they don't care about me as a customer. I was hoping for better treatment from a company that says they value their members.
Honeymoon stay at a luxury resort
My recent getaway at a fancy resort for my honeymoon was absolutely amazing. The folks working at the resort really treated us like royalty, especially Richard the bartender who went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic time. The service was top-notch and the amenities were top of the line. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious escape.
Vacation stay
Hey, I just got back from my vacation and it was honestly kind of a bummer. The staff at the place I stayed were really rude when I asked about the food due to my allergies - and to top it off, they actually made fun of me for it! Not cool. Plus, they were super pushy about trying to sell me stuff, and they didn't take no for an answer very well. I'd recommend checking out a different spot next time!
Vacation package purchase
After spending a bunch of money on a vacation package, dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. I thought I could use the points I paid for, but nope! Can you believe that? And when I tried to get some answers on the pricing, they straight up hung up on me. I caved and sent them even more money, but now they won't even talk to me about a refund. This whole thing is a total scam and now I'm out of money with nothing to show for it.
Update Melia awards profile, contact reservations, make a reservation
I had a terrible experience with the Melia website and phone numbers, eh. I tried to update my Melia awards profile, but the system just wouldn't cooperate, you know. When I tried to call reservations, the phone number they had put out there was nowhere to be found. And to top it off, when I attempted to make a reservation, the whole system crashed on me. It was so frustrating and felt like I was getting nowhere. Now, I'm thinking about switching hotels because of this lousy service, eh. And I'm worried about what's going to happen to all my Melia rewards points if I do decide to make the move.
Unsatisfactory stay at a hotel
Eh, so I stayed at this hotel recently, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The other people staying there were so rude and disrespectful, the staff didn't really seem to know what they were doing, the furniture was super old and falling apart, and I swear the mattress had bedbugs. Not to mention the cockroaches, the room was too hot, the balcony door wouldn't close right, and the safe was busted. Plus, the noise was out of control all day and night, and the place just wasn't very clean. I ended up going home with bedbug bites and hardly slept because of all the commotion from the other guests. It was brutal, eh?

I really like Melia hotels, but their website for booking definitely needs some improvements. When trying to book a room, I got stuck with an error message that didn't give me any useful info. Even though my loyalty points were held, my booking still wasn't confirmed. I ended up having to contact Melia directly to get some help.
Stay at hotel in Benidorm
Stayed at a hotel in Benidorm that wasn't the greatest. The people at the front desk weren't very helpful and pretty rude. They charged me incorrectly for a late checkout and only gave me my money back later that day. It was hard to communicate because they didn't speak English well. I asked for a basic breakfast because I had to leave early, but nobody knew about my request. All in all, it wasn't a very good experience.
Tariff misunderstanding
I was so disappointed with my stay at this hotel. They wouldn't give me a refund when I made a mistake with my booking, and they trick people with their sneaky advertising. On top of that, the extra charges and mandatory tips were ridiculous. The way they make you pay those fees is just unfair and shady. And then they have the nerve to ask for feedback afterwards? It's just adding insult to injury.
Honeymoon disaster
My honeymoon was a total disaster, eh. We thought we were making a good choice by picking a fancy schmancy spot, but boy were we wrong. The grub at the hotel was just gross - most folks were complaining about it. Can you believe a place that claims to be 5-star would serve such awful chow? We were just ticking off the days until we could ditch that joint and tuck into a good meal back home. For the whole week, it was pretty much just bread and cabbage for us. And to top it off, there was hardly any water, and they never changed the dang bed sheets or towels. After that escapade, we swore we'd never go back there. Save yourself the trouble, and steer clear!

Loyalty program customer service
No customer service whatsoever! I tried emailing and reaching out on social media but got no response at all. They totally ignore their customers and it's really hard to get in touch with anyone if you have a problem. I'm definitely not going to use this loyalty program again.
Misleading advertising
I booked a room at a hotel that said they had single family suites on their website, but when I got there, it turned out to be two separate rooms. They also said they had "luxury all inclusive" but the rooms were old, worn out, and definitely not luxurious. The food and drinks were not great either, which left me feeling let down and like I didn't get my money's worth.
Room Upgrade and Excellent Service
My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond with their service, and everything was so clean and tidy. My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a room with a view of the sea, and we were pleasantly surprised when we were able to check in early in the morning. This meant we could start our vacation sooner and have an extra day to relax. The personalized attention we received while staying in "the Level" was incredible, and we felt like we were really taken care of throughout our whole stay. It was definitely worth the extra cost, as it made our experience at the hotel even better.
Hotel stay at location in Via 25
My stay at that hotel on Via 25 was honestly terrible. The staff there had really bad customer service and didn't care at all about safety. I was so let down by how unprofessional they were and how little they cared about what I needed as a guest.
Terrible experience at a resort
Just got back from a terrible trip to a resort. My partner and I were there the whole time, only eating at the on-site restaurants and following all the rules. Still, I ended up getting super sick with E. Coli and had to leave early to go to the hospital. It was a huge expense and totally messed up our trip. We tried to get our money back, but they wouldn't give it to us no matter how many times we asked. So now we're bringing in the legal team. Save your cash and stay away from this place.
All-Inclusive Resort Experience
The website is so deceiving, they make it look like the hotel is right next to the beach, but turns out it's a 1.8km walk to get there at the far end of the resort. Thought this was supposed to be all-inclusive, but it was a letdown. There's only one restaurant where you have to fork out cash for every little thing. The fish joint only serves what they've caught that day as part of the deal, so you're stuck with the buffet where they run out of stuff all the time. The beer they give you is fine, but the red and white wines are gross, the gin isn't even gin, and they don't have any bubbly, rum, or brandy included. And on top of that, the drink service is crazy slow - wait about 15 minutes even when the bar is empty. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay!
Deceptive advertising and poor service
I wouldn't recommend booking with this company. They say you'll get upgrades and special deals, but then they don't follow through. It just ends up feeling like you've been ripped off and let down. The room I got was old-fashioned and the service wasn't great. My advice? Save your cash and look for somewhere else to stay.
