    Car rental experience at a major airport

    My recent experience with renting a car at a big airport was not so great. It was a lot more complicated than I expected, and the extra fees surprised me. I reserved a car to pick up at the airport, but when I got there, the rental company was really pushy about trying to sell me more insurance and charging extra for being at the airport. So, in the end, I ended up paying way more than I thought I would. When I asked for help from the rental company, they weren't very helpful at all and just said that everything was in the papers I signed. It was really frustrating and disappointing overall.

    All language learning package

    I just bought the all language learning package, thinking it would be great for my whole family to use. Turns out, it's only for one person. They didn't make that clear in the FAQ, so it was confusing. I had to ask for a refund, but at least they gave it to me. Also, the online version isn't as good as the old CD ROMs, and the pictures on the mobile app are too small. Overall, I wasn't happy with this product.

    Spain rail tickets purchase with U.S. credit card

    I just bought train tickets for my trip in Spain using my Visa credit card from a bank in the U.S. I kept getting error messages when I tried to book tickets on the Renfe website in Spain. But when I tried Rail Europe's website, it was easy and straightforward. I could easily print and download my tickets without any problems.

    So, I went to this place to get my mom's ring, and it was super easy! I had a great time choosing the shiny diamond for the setting she liked. The cost was pretty good, way better than a fancy jewelry store. The ring was a tad big, but no biggie. In general, we're really happy with it and everything went well!

    I had a super annoying time with this one rep before who didn't help at all, and I was just left waiting forever for someone else to come help. But then Charles N swooped in and saved the day! He fixed up my website theme super fast and was so professional and on the ball. He really came through on everything he said he would.     Well, I gotta tell ya, this cruise was a total letdown. The ship was old, the rooms were tiny and smelled funny, and the food was just okay. The shows were not very exciting, and there wasn't much to do on board. The crew looked exhausted, and the vibe on the ship was just not fun. For the amount of money I paid for this trip, I was hoping for a lot more. I definitely won't be sailing with this company again, that's for sure.

    I bought a tech gadget from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with it. After just 18 months, the thing stopped working out of nowhere, no warning or anything. And when I reached out to customer service, they weren't very understanding or helpful. Turns out, the motherboard needed replacing, which would've cost a ton - almost as much as a new device. Plus, there was no warranty for repairs outside of Japan, where it was originally from. I felt stuck and let down as a customer dealing with this mess.     My experience with the company was pretty disappointing. I bought a vaporizer and paid extra for fast shipping, thinking I'd get it quickly.     The interface on this eCommerce website is pretty clunky and confusing, eh? There's a bunch of bugs that just make everything frustrating. Seems like some features just don't work right, making simple stuff way more complicated and taking up a lot of time. Like, why should it be so hard to resize a photo thumbnail or add an image, right? With Volusion, it's just a big headache. Hopefully, now that the original founders are back in charge, they'll fix all these problems and make things better.

    I've bought stuff from this company a few times before and never had any problems until my last order. Unfortunately, only one of the two items I ordered this time showed up, and I couldn't follow up within the 30-day window because I live abroad and only come back to the country twice a year. When I contacted customer service about it, they weren't very understanding or open to discussing other options, so now they've lost me as a customer.
