This place is terrible at quality control for custom orders. After just 2 months, my fiancée's engagement ring got all bent out of shape while she was holding something as light as an Amazon package. The setting was crooked, a prong was broken, the diamonds were loose, and the welding was terrible. And then they had the audacity to suggest we pay them thousands for a full rebuild. Can you believe that? It's just not right.
